基于网络信息平台的PBL教学交互模式在手术室护理本科临床教学中运用

[摘要] 目的 探讨基于网络信息平台的PBL教学交互模式在手术室护理本科临床教学中运用效果。方法 选择2018年6月—2019年8月来该院手术室实习符合标准的100名护生作为研究对象,随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组50名。对照组护生采取传统教学法教学,观察组护生采用基于网络信息平台的PBL教学交互模式教学。比较两组护生理论及實践操作考核成绩、临床能力变化情况。结果 实习前,两组护理论及实践操作考核成绩、临床能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实习后,观察组护生理论与实践技能考核成绩、临床能力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于网络信息平台的PBL教学交互模式在手术室护理本科临床教学中运用,能够提高护生理论和实践操作水平及临床能力。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching interactive mode based on network information platform in clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing in operating room. Methods From June 2018 to August 2019, 100 nursing students who came to our hospital's operating room to meet the standards were selected as the research objects. The method of random grouping was divided into observation group and control group, each group had 50 people. The nursing students in the control group took traditional teaching methods, and the nursing students in the observation group used PBL teaching interactive mode based on the network information platform. The theoretical and practical assessment results and clinical ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared. Results Before the internship, there was no significant difference in the theoretical and practical assessment results and clinical abilities of the two groups(P>0.05). After the internship, the theoretical and practical skills assessment results and clinical abilities of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the PBL teaching interactive mode based on the network information platform in the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing in the operating room can improve the theoretical and practical operation level and clinical ability of nursing students.

随着外科技术的飞速发展,手术室工作需要多学科合作,具有很强的专业性和不断发展的特点,这就要求手术护士应具有良好的评判性思维能力和临床能力。护理本科生作为未来护理工作的中坚力量,如何使新入职护士快速掌握手术护理工作及技巧是许多教学医院面临的难题[1]。以问题为基础的学习,简称PBL(problem-based learning)是目前国际上较为流行的一种教学方法[2]。但是由于受到我国国情和当前医学模式的限制,PBL教学方法设计仍拘泥于传统教育方法,受到时间和空间的局限,达不到预期的教学目标。随着科技的进步和信息化社会的到来,互联网已经成为了人们生活中不可缺少的一部分,如何将网络信息平台融入到护理教学中,使得护理教学变得更加简单化,互动化,便利化,紧密化是我们该思考的问题。该研究2018年6月—2019年8月选择100名护生作为研究对象,对其中的50名护生采用基于网络信息平台的PBL教学交互模式教学,取得满意效果,现报道如下。
