Human genetics & genomics September 6-10, 2010; Suzhou, China

The inaugural Cold Spring Harbor Asia Conference on Human Genetics & Genomics will be held at the Suzhou Dushu Lake Conference Center in Suzhou, China. IDSA 48th annual meeting October 21-24, 2010; Vancouver, Canada

The 48th annual meeting of IDSA will be held on October 21-24, 2010 at the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The meeting brings together physicians, scientists, and other health care professionals involved in research, patient care, public health, disease prevention, and education in the field of infectious diseases. There are no prerequisites for attendance. This meeting provides three and a half days of broad continuing educational courses and comprehensive educational experiences in the major facets of infectious diseases: pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The courses combine expert reviews of the traditional field of infectious diseases with emphasis on the most contemporary trends, including emerging infections, new diagnostics, vaccines, and therapeutics.
