中医药特色文化“三全育人”党建品牌建设的实践与研究

摘 要:以“传承民族医药、培育健康卫士”为主题的“三结合、四平台、分阶段”中医药特色文化“三全育人”党建品牌是对接广西创新发展的“第九张名片”,秉承“以人民健康为中心”的理念,以培养新时代“健康卫士”为己任,以党建+、特色文化建设为主线,进一步强化“为党育人、为国育才”导向,通过系统策划、整体推进、分类实施和持续优化改进,以活动为载体,结合产业、行业背景及专业、职业特点,围绕学生“成长、成人、成才”的育人目标,使特色文化渗透、浸润每一个育人环节,全体教职员工参与,丰富“课”的内涵,拓展“程”的疆域,优化“做”的细节,提升“行”的自觉,提升育人效果。

Abstract: With the theme of "inheriting national medicine and cultivating health guards", the party building brand of "three combinations, four platforms and stages" of characteristic culture of traditional Chinese medicine is the "ninth business card" of Guangxi's innovation and development, adhering to the concept of "people's health as the center", taking cultivating "health guards" in the new era as its own responsibility, taking party building + and characteristic culture construction as the main line, and further developing Strengthen the guidance of "educating people for the party and the country", through systematic planning, overall promotion, classified implementation and continuous optimization and improvement. It takes the activity as the carrier, combined with the industry, industry background and professional and professional characteristics, and focuses on the education goal of "growth, adult and talent", makes the characteristic culture permeate and infiltrate every educational link, with the participation of all teaching staff, and enriches the "class". We should expand the scope of "process", optimize the details of "doing", enhance the consciousness of "doing" and enhance the effect of education.

一、品牌的理念與内涵
(一)设计理念
“三结合、四平台、分阶段”中医药特色文化“三全育人”模式以党建+为引领,注重实施思想政治培育的机制建设,重在制度的构建和“十大”育人体系软实力的提升。坚持以立德树人为根本,以理想信念为核心,以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以全面提高人才培养能力为关键,着力创建中医药特色文化育人模式,实施学生职业综合素质培养。依托药学类专业技能大赛、创建校企合作文化品牌等形式,深入开展中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化教育,践行和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,优化校风学风,建设优美环境,滋养师生心灵、涵育师生品行、引领社会风尚,取得一定成效。
(二)品牌内涵
“三结合”:将第一课堂、第二课堂和第三课堂教学有机结合,公共基础课程与专业技术课程相结合、学校与企业相结合。以能力为本位、就业为导向,以药品行业规范、职业标准为依据,制定职业综合素质培养方案,全面、全程和系统实施学生职业素质培养,提高教育教学质量,提升职业竞争力、就业能力和创业能力,为社会和行业培养高素质的技能型人才。
“四平台”:建立课程、实践、文化、竞赛育人平台。利用课程思政、校企合作实践、中医药特色文化及技术技能大赛四个平台,搭建“三全育人”大舞台,唱响社会主义核心价值观主旋律。
“分阶段”:根据药学类专业学生成长、培养的规律出发,第一学年重点加强基本职业素质培养,包括职业道德、职业意识培养和良好学风的形成;第二学年重点加强专业职业素质教育,包括职业行为和职业技能教育;第三学年重点帮助学生形成正确的择业观念,成就事业。
