小学体育课渗透劳动教育初探

摘 要：随着社会的发展，教育水平的不断提高，学校更多的是注重学生的文化教育，而往往忽视孩子劳动和实践的能力。生活水平不断提高，很多家长对孩子过于溺爱，导致孩子社会实践能力不高，劳动能力不强。当代小学生要求德智体美劳全面发展，才能够培养孩子的劳动素质和独立生活的能力，将劳动教育与小学体育课融合到一起，不仅能够增强学生的身体素质，而且也能让学生体会劳动的艰辛，从中感受到劳动的乐趣。本文从分析小学体育课的现状分析出发，明确小学体育课渗透劳动教育的意义，分析小学体育课渗透劳动教育的可行性，指出小学体育课存在的问题，探究小学体育课渗透劳动教育的对策。

【Abstract】With the development of society and the continuous improvement of education level，schools pay more attention to students'cultural education，but often ignore the ability of children's labor and practice. Living Standards Continue to improve，many parents over-indulged their children，resulting in children social practice ability is not high，not strong labor ability. Contemporary Primary School Students require the all-round development of moral，intellectual，physical，art and labor，so as to be able to train their children's working quality and ability to live independently. Integrating Labor Education with primary school physical education can not only enhance students'physical quality，but also can let the student experience the Labor the hardship，feels the Labor the pleasure from. Starting from the analysis of the present situation of the physical education in primary schools，this paper clarifies the significance of the infiltration of labor education into the physical education in primary schools，analyzes the feasibility of the infiltration of labor education into the physical education in primary schools，and points out the problems existing in the physical education in primary schools，probe into the countermeasures of infiltrating Labor Education into physical education in primary schools.

經济水平不断提高，使得更多的孩子从小就在城市中生活，远离农村生活，孩子在成长过程中离不开劳动教育，并且要让孩子知道什么是劳动，为什么劳动和怎样去劳动。因此，学校可以利用体育课去弥补这部分空缺。小学阶段的教育属于基础教育，同时小学阶段也是人才成长的一个重要阶段，是身体素质的最佳发展敏感期和心理素质的形成期。在素质教育的情况下，减少教师在教学过程中的主导作用，要发挥学生的主体作用。作为学生，多数时间都是在学校里度过，在学校里学习到的知识和技能能够深深影响孩子的一生。学生进行劳动教育，一方面是提升动脑能力，另一方面是提升学生动手的能力。要将劳动教育与小学体育课融合到一起，就要提高学生的学习兴趣，兴趣是学生最好的老师，只有培养好学生的兴趣，学生就会发挥主观能动性，使学生在劳动中成长，从劳动中收获知识。

1.小学体育课的发展现状

（1）体育教育观念落后

教师还停留在教会学生体育技能层面上，对学生的全面发展没有足够重视，认为体育课只是保证学生的身体素质，而忽略了学生身心健康的全面发展。学生全面发展的观念还未深入，只停留在传统的体育教学目标。政府及相关教育部门出台的关于增加学生的体育运动时间相关内容和文件精神，并未落到实处，一些学校只是草草了事。

（3）教学考核和评价标准设置不科学

体育教师只是以为注重体育学科成绩，教师的教学考核还是主要以体育成绩为考核标准，导致更多体育教师只是完成硬性指标，而没有从学生的实际情况出发;评价标准单一，有悖素质教育的初衷，没能达到让学生全面发展的目标。

（3）教学内容乏味

小学体育课的教学内容还是传统的几个项目，学生不感兴趣，甚至有同学表现出对体育课的厌恶，对学生的吸引力不够。更有甚者，一些学校的体育不被重视，硬性被文化课老师挤占，导致学生对体育课失去兴趣和信心。
