加纳阿克拉治疗中心位于机场附近,面积逾10万m2。它被组织成7 座纵向建筑群,是世界卫生组织和世界粮食计划署在医疗技术科学网络成员i和霍尔格鲁彭公司ii的支持下合作完成的。
这座建筑建成用时3 周,现已竣工。它将作为联合国员工及国际人道主义工作者在西非和中非国家的应急医院。
鉴于疫情的紧急状态,该设施被设计为轻型结构,并以金属框架支撑双层构造。其间的空气层可以使室内外形成7℃的温差。
这种模数化结构还需要配有高效空气过滤器的机械通风系统,以达到新冠肺炎医疗设施内的最低通风要求。医疗技术科学网络成员进行了多次计算机流体力学研究,并通过评估提出最适宜系统的建议。每个医疗舱都是围绕一条作为主导系统的中央廊道来组织的。轻型隔断将每个病人分开,还有若干小舱将各个医疗舱连接起来。(尚晋 译)

The treatment centre in Accra (Ghana) is located nearby the airport over a surface of 100,000 square metres. It is organised as a cluster of 7 longitudinal pavilions and is the result of a joint effort between WHO and WFP and with the support of Tέchne members and Hallgruppen.
This structure was constructed in the course of 3 weeks and is now completed. It is intended to be used as emergency hospital for UN staffs and international humanitarian workers in West and Central African countries.
Due to the emergency, the facility was designed as a light structure, with a metal frame supporting two layers of fabric that enclose a layer of air providing a thermal difference of 7℃ between the inside and the outside.
The modular structure count as well on a mechanical ventilation system equipped with HEPA filter which allow to meet the minimum requirements for ventilation within a COVID-19 facility. Several computational fluid dynamic studies done by Tέchne members have been done to assess and recommend the most suitable system. Each pavilion is organised around a central corridor acting as main distributive system, light partitions dividing each patient booth, and a series of subpavilions connecting each pavilion to the next.
