高三英语基础知识自主复习课堂教学模式

摘 要:介绍了高三英语教师应怎样充分挖掘和利用教材资源,将基础知识点的落实与技能训练相结合,构建起灵动的高三基础知识复习课堂,引导学生积极参与课堂教学、主动探究,以摆脱低效的、程式化的、沉闷的复习模式,从而提高复习效率。

关键词:高三英语;基础知识;自主復习;教学模式

下面笔者以一节高三英语基础知识复习课为例:人教版必修三 Unit 5 Canada——The Truth North 探讨如何构建灵动的课堂,提高教学效率,从而达到抛砖引玉的目的。

一、课堂教学模式

(一)三维教学目标及设计策略

1.知识目标

重点词汇:approximately,continent,aboard , aeroplane ,chat,measure,surround,harbour,terrify,wealth,downtown,please,scenery,tradition,impress,border,slightly,mixture,eastward,on the contrary,catchsightof,inthedistance,haveagiftfor,settledown,ratherthan,managetodo,besurrounded by/with...,asfaras,atdawn,impress...on/upon.

重点句型:(1)Rather than take the aeroplane all the way,theydecided to fly to Vancouver and then take the train from west to east across Canada.

(2)We will not a bandon each other until time is over.

(3)Its too bad you cant go as far as Ottawa,Canadas capital.

2.能力目标

(1)通过听自编自录的有关本单元话题的录音获取关于加拿大的具体信息,提高学生的听写能力;

(2)通过小组合作写作文,培养学生的合作学习能力、创造性思维和写作能力。

3.情感目标

向学生展示加拿大,让学生更多地了解加拿大的风土人情和文化。

4.设计策略

让学生在用中复习词汇和句型,做到词不离句,句不离文,从易到难,循序渐进,通过学生讨论、参与、合作,让他们动起来,让课堂活起来,让学生所学的内容也能在一节课内完全掌握,使每个学生都有所提高。

(二)课堂教学过程

第一步:热身(3分钟)

预备钟一响,笔者首先播放了一首歌曲The Lakes of Canada,由此引入必修三Unit 5 Canada——“The True North”的复习,同时设计了“How much do you know about Canada?的抢答游戏作为热身准备,将全班分成两组进行比赛,每答对一题就给分(本节课我选了一位记分员,学生的回答全给分,小组合作的每人一分,最后获胜的那个组抽奖)。学生踊跃参加,课堂气氛活跃。学生通过这个活动,很快就融入该单元的复习中。

第二步:复习重点单词(5分钟)

写出教学目标里所列的单词和词组(复习单元中的四会词和词组)相应的中英文含义,或者用连线的形式找出词汇相对应的英文解释意义,并大声朗读。目的是让每个学生都能动起来,不会的可以相互讨论,可以问老师,也可以翻书,这种题很容易,每个学生都能够得着,也可以减少个别学生不听课、上课说小话的现象,积极地调动每个学生,让课堂活了起来。这些词汇实际上也是本节课的重点词汇,让学生有个总体认识。(说明:这一环节,英汉互译,采取抢答的方式,然后投影出答案,每个答案一分。)

第三步:用第二步所复习的重点词汇完成句子(5分钟)

(说明:检查复习效果,让学生在用中复习单词,达到词不离句的目的)

例如:

(1)This problem is only (稍稍)difficult,but I can work it out easily.

(2)The two govern ments have settled their differences over their common____________(边界).

(3)The Chinese people have the_______(传统)of respecting the old and loving the young.

...

第四步:完形填空(8分钟)

用教学目标中的单词和部分词组围绕Canada的话题自编了一篇文章(也可把课文改编成完形填空),然后挖空让学生用所给词汇的正确形式填空,让学生进一步了解Canada的风情和文化,从而达到词不离句、句不离篇的目的。(改编文章被省略)

第五步:听录音并把短文补充完整(5分钟)

(说明:这一环节笔者把本单元要复习的10个重点短语和3个重点句型编在一个love故事里并录制成MP3格式,学生边听love故事边用相应的短语填空,听后集体订正答案,然后朗读故事。其目的既让学生练习了听力,又让学生练习了听写短语的能力,达到词不离句、句不离篇的效果。学生听后非常兴奋,也为下面的写作起到了很好的铺垫作用)。

Unexpectedly,she wanted to marry a Chinese.Luckily,she me the moment she saw me. The next day we got married and have in Shufu County since then. We will abandon each other-time is over. But Im feeling very sad at present because I cant go Canada to visit my parents-in-law without a plane. Can you help me?( Keys:at dawn/caught sight of/ in the distance/was surrounded/thousands of/Rather than/ audience/ had a gift for/ managed /handsome/ fell in love with/ settled down/as far as)

第六步:写作训练(8分钟)

(说明:该环节学生四个人一组合作编写一篇作文,由小组长执笔,要求用第四步听力训练里的短语和句型,不得少于3个短语和1个句型。其中一个小组的学生一边创作一边把文章写在黑板上。)

短语如下:rather than,settle down,have a gift for,as far as ,at dawn,be surrounded by/with,thousands of ,in the distance ,catch sight of,manage to do

句型如下:(1)Rather than walk there all the way,I rushed to see what was happening.

(2)We will not abandon each other until time is over.

(3)Its too bad you cant go as far as Ottawa,Canadas capital.

第七步:创作展示(8分钟)

首先集体订正黑板上的短文(备注:画线部分是学生选择的重点短语或句型;括号前面的单词是学生的错误,括号后的单词是集体修改过的)

“I prefer to study at dawn rather than do it in (at)dusk. Because I cant settle my heart down to manage to study the moment I am surrounded by the noise of study surroundings,and its so bad that I dont have a gift for study. But I do believe,it is not until we try our best to do it consistently that we can caught (catch) sight of the light of success.”

接著选了3个小组的文章放到展台上让大家修改和相互学习。

Composition1: As far as I know,thousands of stars have a gift for dressing up. At dawn,they manage to dress themselves up so that they can catch fans eyes. To be honest,they want to be loved rather than be ignored. When we are doing shopping,we can catch sight of colorful things in the distance,some of which are stars pictures. And they are surrounded by fans who cant settle themselves down at the sight of them.

第八步:总结(2分钟)

计分员公布分数,第一组的分数最高,选一个代表抽奖。我在PPT上打出了很多种水果作为奖品,这些水果和本单元的重点词汇、句型和固定搭配进行了超链接。每抽一个,要么奖励齐读词汇和句型,要么奖励词汇英汉互译,学生再一次巩固复习了本节的重点内容。

第九步:作业(1分钟)

(说明:课外把课堂上四人一组的集体作文修改后写下来,同时借鉴其他组的优点,再一次活用词语和句型。)

二、教学反思

笔者在教学过程中深刻体会到,在高三基础知识复习阶段,教师应充分挖掘和利用教材资源,将基础知识点的落实与技能训练相结合,构建起灵动的复习课堂,并且应引导学生主动参与课堂教学、主动探究,以摆脱低效的程式化的复习模式,从而提高复习效率。
