中国现代神经疾病杂志稿约

《中国现代神经疾病杂志》为国家新闻出版广电总局和国家科学技术部2001年正式批准,由国家卫生和计划生育委员会主管,中国医师协会、天津市科学技术协会、天津市神经科学学会及天津市环湖医院联合主办,国内外公开发行的神经病学及相关学科的学术类期刊.读者对象主要为广大神经内外科临床医师及相关科研人员.本刊办刊宗旨是:贯彻党和国家有关卫生工作的方针政策,贯彻理论与实践、普及与提高相结合的办刊方针;报道我国神经病学领域的科研成果及临床诊疗经验,促进国内外神经病学的学术交流.本刊以报道中枢神经系统及周围神经系统各种疾病的临床和基础研究成果以及具有临床参考价值的诊疗经验为主,包括中枢神经系统内外科疾病;周围神经系统疾病;全身系统性疾病引起的神经系统并发症;相邻组织、器官疾病对神经系统的损害性疾病;神经影像学、电生理学及超声学等辅助检查的临床应用研究及相关基础研究.

本刊实行同行审稿制度,设有临床研究、基础研究、流行病学调查研究、循证神经病学、循证神经外科学、应用神经解剖学、神经影像学、临床病理报告、综述、病例报告、误诊分析、经验交流、药物与临床、新技术新方法、会议纪要、临床医学图像、临床病理(例)讨论、国内外学术动态、继续医学教育、读者来信等栏目.欢迎踊跃投稿.专家述评、讲座、标准与指南栏目的稿件主要为约稿.

一、撰稿要求

1.医学伦理学问题及知情同意:当论文主体是以人为研究对象时,作者应说明其遵循的程序是否符合负责人体试验的委员会(单位级的、地区级的或国家级的)所制订的伦理学标准,并提供该委员会的标准文件及受试对象或其亲属的知情同意书.

2.基金项目:论文所涉及的课题如为国家或部、省级等基金项目或属攻关项目,应脚注于文题页左下方,并在圆括号内注明其项目编号,如:"基金资助:XXXX(项目编号:XXXX)".基金项目名称应按照国家有关部门规定的正式名称书写,多项基金项目应以";"隔开后逐条列出.并附基金项目证明复印件.由厂商赞助的课题应在资金来源处注明.

3.文题:力求简明、确切,能反映本文的特定内容,一般不用副标题.中文题名以不超过20个汉字为宜,避免使用化学式、公式及不为读者所熟悉的缩略语等.中、英文题名含义应一致.

4.作者署名:作者应是参与文稿专题研究工作的主要人员,应对全文内容负责,并能根据编辑部的修改意见进行核修,是论文的法定主权人和责任者.作者署名的次序应按参加者对论文的贡献大小排序.排序应在投稿时确定,在编排过程中不应再作更改.对仅参与提供资金或收集资料者不能列为作者;仅对科研小组进行一般管理者也不宜列为作者.集体署名的文章,必须明确该文的主要负责人(执笔者).作者中若有外籍作者,应征得本人同意,并有证明信.对协助工作或提供资料、材料者,可放在文后致谢,但亦应事先征得被感谢人的同意.作者单位名称(应写全称)及邮政编码脚注于文章首页左下方,同时应注明通讯作者姓名及其Email地址.作者单位如为一个单位以上,则第一作者单位名称列于首位,其他作者单位名称列于第一作者单位之后,用";"号隔开,作者姓名按顺序写在所属单位后之圆括号内.

5.摘要:论著类稿件须附中、英文摘要.摘要的内容必须包括研究背景(Background)或目的(Objective)、方法(Methods)、结果(Results)及结论(Conclusions)共四部分.采用第三人称撰写,不用"本文"、"作者"等主语,不列图、表,不引用文献,不加评论和解释.摘要应客观、如实地反映文章原文,不得添加原文中所没有的内容.中文摘要以不超过800字为宜,英文摘要应与中文摘要相对应.英文摘要中应提供正式对外交流的英文单位名称.其他各类稿件均应附简要的中英文摘要,摘要内容要客观全面地反映文章的中心内容,中英文摘要内容要一致.

6.关键词:论著类稿件均应标引3～5个关键词.关键词请尽量选取美国国立医学图书馆编辑的最新版Index Medicus中医学主题词表(MeSH)内所列的词.若最新版MeSH中尚无相应的词,可根据树状结构表选取最直接的上位主题词,必要时可采用习用的自由词排列于最后.关键词中的缩写词应按MeSH还原为全称.

7.统计学方法

(1)研究设计:要求交代研究设计的名称和主要方法.如调查设计应写明是前瞻性、回顾性还是横断面调查研究;实验设计应写明具体的设计类型,如自身配对设计、成组设计、交叉设计、析因设计或正交叉设计等;临床试验设计应写明属于第几期临床试验,采用何种盲法措施等.应围绕"重复、随机、对照、均衡"四项基本原则进行概要说明,尤其要说明如何控制重要的非试验因素的干扰及影响.

(2)资料及结果的表达与描述:用均数±标准差(x±s)表达近似服从正态分布的定量资料,用中位数和四分位数间距[M(P25,P75)]表达非正态分布的定量资料;用相对数时分母不宜小于20,要注意区分相对数构成比与率.应写明所用统计分析方法的具体名称,具体的统计量值,应尽可能给出具体的P值;当涉及总体参数时,在给出显著性检验结果的同时,给出95%可信区间.

8.医学名词:以1989年及其以后全国自然科学名词审定委员会审定、公布,科学出版社出版的《医学名词》和相关学科的名词为准,暂未公布者仍以人民卫生出版社编辑的《英汉医学词汇》为准.中文药物名称应使用1995年版药典或卫生部药典委员会编辑的《中国药品通用名称》中的名称,英文药物名称则采用国际非专利药名,不使用商品名.

9.图表:按在正文中出现的先后次序连续编码.每幅图表应冠以图(表)题,并配以英文图(表)题目.图(表)内容均采用中英文对照形式.说明性资料应以中英文对照格式置于图(表)下方注释中.本刊采用三横线表(顶线、表头线、底线),如遇有合计和统计学处理内容(如t值、P值等),则在此行上面加一条分界横线;应使表中每一列数据的单位相同,有效位数一致.以计算机制图者应提供激光打印图样.照片图要求有良好的清晰度和对比度.图中需标注的符号(包括箭头)请用另纸标明,不要直接写在照片上,每幅图的背面应贴上标签,注明图号及图的上下方向.图片不可折损.大体标本照片应在图内有尺度标记.病理照片应注明染色方法和放大倍数.通过电子版投稿的图片请采用.jpg或.tif格式.

10.计量单位:参照中华医学会杂志社编写的《法定计量单位在医学上的应用》(第3版).北京:人民军医出版社,2001.

11.数字:执行GB/T 15835⁃1995《出版物上数字用法的规定》北京:中国标准出版社,1996.公历世纪、年代、年、月、日和时刻、计数与计量均用阿拉伯数字.

12.缩略语:文题不使用缩略语,文中则尽量少用.必须使用时,应于正文首次出现处先叙述其全称,然后用圆括号注出缩略语;若为外文可于文中首次出现时写出中文全称,在圆括号内写出外文全称及其缩略语.一篇文章内缩略语一般不宜超过5个.不超过4个汉字的名词一般不使用缩略语,以免影响文章的可读性.

13.参考文献:按GB/T 7714⁃2015《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》采用顺序编码制著录,依照其在文中出现的先后顺序用阿拉伯数字加方括号标出.尽量避免引用摘要作为参考文献.内部刊物、未发表资料、个人通信等请勿作为文献引用.每条参考文献著录项目应齐全,不得用"同上"或"ibid"表示.参考文献中的主要责任者(专著作者、论文集主编、学位申报人、专利申请人、报告撰写人、期刊文章作者、析出文章作者),须全部列出.外文期刊名称用缩写,以Index Medicus中的格式为准,中文期刊用汉语拼音全名.每条参考文献均须著录起止页码.中英文双语形式著录时,文献序号后先列出完整的中文文献英译文,再列出中文文献.作者姓名的英译文采用汉语拼音形式表示,姓大写,名用缩写形式,取每个字的首字母,大写.期刊名称以汉语拼音注录.

二、对来稿的要求

1.本刊为具有创新性的科研成果或重要论文开辟"快速通道".作者如果希望论文进入"快速通道",请附关于创新性的书面说明,并提供省级及以上图书馆或医学信息所等单位出具的"查新报告"或有关证据.经审核同意后一般在收到稿件2个月内予以发表.

2.文稿应具有科学性、先进性、实用性,资料可靠、数据准确、论点明确、层次清楚,文字简练,书写工整、规范,必要时应做统计学处理.

3.本刊仅接受网络投稿(网址:www.xdjb.org).来稿须经作者单位审核,需邮寄单位推荐信.推荐信应注明对稿件的审评意见以及无一稿两投、不涉及保密、署名无争议等项.需提供作者的通讯地址、联系电话及Email等联系方式备用.打印稿使用Word软件的4号字,照片切忌复印.对不予采用的稿件一般不寄回,但原始照片一律退还作者.特殊文种、需排斜体、上下角标等应予以注明.

2.凡来稿在接到本刊收稿回执后3个月内未接到稿件处理通知者,系仍在审阅中.作者如欲投他刊,请先与本刊联系,切勿一稿两投.一经发现一稿两投,将立即退稿.

3.所有来稿一经确定刊登,编辑部将排印样一份以PDF文件发送作者核校、确定.作者校阅后请务必于规定时间内使用网络或Email发送回编辑部,同时签署《版权转让协议》,以免延误发表时间.

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Neurology and Neurosurgery(CJCNN,ISSN 1672-6731,www.xdjb.org,www.cjcnn.org)is the officialjournalofChinese MedicalDoctor Association,Tianjin Science and Technology Association,Tianjin Neuroscience Society and Tianjin Huanhu Hospital. CJCNN aims to facilitate international collaboration and exchange of comprehensive and cutting⁃edge information on basic,translational,and applied clinicalresearch in neurology and neurosurgery. Prevention,treatment and research relevant to China is a focus area,but submissions from all regions are welcomed. CJCNN was launched in October,2001 with an international Editorial team having a unique mix of Asian and Western participation.

CJCNN is an international multidisciplinary peer⁃reviewed monthly Chinese journal that publishes editorials,original full⁃length research articles,short communications,reviews,methodological papers,commentaries,perspectives and short reports in the broad fields ofdevelopmental,molecular,cellular,systematic,computational,behavioral,cognitive and clinical neurosciences.

CJCNN has been indexed by EMBASE/SCOPUS,Chemical Abstracts(CA),DOAJ,EBSCO-CINAHL,Global Health,Index Copernicus,HINARI,RCCSE,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,etc.

Submission to the Journal

Full⁃length original research articles,review articles and editorials on clinical and basic aspects of topics represented by the fields of interest of neurology and neurosurgery are welcomed. Short communications and case reports should be focused on major new developments of general interest to the neurology and neurosurgery readership.

Randomized controlled trials

Chinese Journal of Contemporary Neurology and Neurosurgery recommends that authors adopt the proposal from the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors(ICMJE)which require,as a condition of consideration for publication of clinical trials,registration in a public trials registry. Trials must register at or before the onset of patient enrollment. The clinical trial registration number should be included at the end of the abstract of the article. For this purpose,a clinical trial is defined as any research project that prospectively assigns human subjects to intervention or comparison groups to study the cause⁃and⁃effect relationship between a medical intervention and a healthy outcome. Studies designed for other purposes,such as to study pharmacokinetics or major toxicity(e.g.phaseⅠtrials)would be exempt. Further information can be found at external link www.icmje.org.

Ethics

Work on human beingsthatissubmitted toChineseJournalofContemporaryNeurologyand Neurosurgeryshould comply with the principles laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki(the 7th revision at the 64th World Medical Assembly Meeting on October2013 in Fortaleza,Brazil). The manuscriptshould contain a statementthatthe work hasbeen approved by the appropriate ethical committees related to the institution(s)in which it was performed and that subjects gave informed consent to the work. Studies involving experiments with animals must state that their care was in accordance with institution guidelines. Patients'and volunteers'names,initials,and hospital numbers should not be used.

Conflict of interest

At the end of the text,under a subheading"Conflict of interest statement"all authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence(bias)their work. Examples of potential conflicts of interest include employment,consultancies,stock ownership,honoraria,paid expert testimony,patent applications/registrations,and grants or other funding.

Role of the funding source

All sources of funding should be declared as an acknowledgement at the end of the text.Authors should declare the role of study sponsors,if any,in the study design,in the collection,analysis and interpretation of data;in the writing of the manuscript;and in the decision to submitthe manuscriptforpublication. Ifthe study sponsors had no such involvement,the authors should so state.

Peer⁃review policy

Only manuscripts of high relevance and suitability will enter into the peer review process,which will be conducted by at least two internationally known experts in the field,and will aim to ensure that all published manuscripts provide new scientific knowledge. Authorsmaysuggest thatspecific individualsbe ornotbeinvolved asreviewers,but thefinal decision of acceptance or rejection rests with the Editorial Board.

Editorial policies

Submission ofa manuscriptto ChineseJournalofContemporary Neurology and Neurosurgery impliesthatreadily reproducible materials described in the manuscript,including all relevant raw data,will be freely available to any scientist wishing to use them for non⁃commercial purposes. Nucleic acid sequences,protein sequences,and atomic coordinates should be deposited in an appropriate database in time for the accession number to be included in the published article.In computational studies where the sequence information is unacceptable for inclusion in databases because of lack of experimental validation,the sequences must be published as an additional file with the article.

Figures and figure legends

Figures should be provided as separate files and should not be included in the main text of the submitted manuscript.Each figure should comprise only a single file in TIFF(preferred format for pathological images)or JPEG(preferred format for photographic and radiological images). Color images must be in RGB (red,green,blue)mode. Include the font files for any text. Figures wider than 1 column should be between 10.50 and 18.00 cm wide. Do not save figure numbers,legends,or author names as part of the image. Individual figure files should not exceed 10 MB. Images should not exceed 500 pixels per inch in width or height. Figures will be resized during publications of final full text.

The legends should be included in the main manuscript text file immediately following the references,rather than being a part of the figure file. For each figure,the following information should be provided:figure number(in sequence,using Arabic numerals,i.e.Figure 1,Figure 2,Figure 3,etc);short title of figure(maximum 15 words);detailed legend,up to 300 words.

Please note thatitisthe responsibility ofthe author(s)to obtain permission from the copyrightholder to reproduce figures or tables that have previously been published elsewhere.In order for all figures to be open access,authors must have permission from the rights holder if they wish to include images that have been published elsewhere in non open access journals.

Tables

Tables should be numbered and cited in the text in sequence using Arabic numerals(i.e.Table 1,Table 2,etc.).Table titles(maximum 15 words)should be included above the table,and legends(maximum 300 words)should be included underneath the table.Tables less than one A4 page in length can be placed in the appropriate location within the manuscript.Tables larger than one A4 page in length can be placed at the end of the document text file.Please cite and indicate where the table should appear at the relevant location in the text file so that the table can be added in the correct place during production.Tables should not be embedded as figures or spreadsheet files,but should be formatted using"Table object"function in your word processing program.Color and shading may not be used.Commas should not be used to indicate numerical values.

Copyright

Upon acceptance of an article,authors will be asked to sign a"Copyright Assignment Form".

Proofs

One set of page proofs in PDF format will be sent by Email to the corresponding author. Please use this proof only for checking the typesetting,editing,completeness and correctness of the text,tables and figures.

Offprints

The corresponding author,at no cost,will be provided with a PDF file of the article via Email. Offprints will be sent to the corresponding author if the author asks for them by post.

Publication charges

The cost of a limited number of illustrations is borne by the Journal. The cost for color photographs(US$70 per page)is defrayed by the authors. A charge of US$55 per printed page will be levied on all manuscripts accepted. We offer a complete or partial fee waiver for authors who do not have funds to cover publication fees. Editors and reviewers have no access to payment information,and hence inability to pay will not influence the decision to publish a paper.
