1.Watch and tick

T:Do you want to know something more about Chinese festivals?Watch the cartoon and tick the Chinese festivals you heard.

The Mid-Autumn Festival (√),Children’s Day( ),The Double Ninth Festival(√)

教师根据学生的回答来板书:

设计意图:通过看动画,选出相关的中国节日,让学生第一次对Story time有了整体感知和了解,有利于培养学生的听力和阅读理解能力。

设计意图:通过让学生自读课文,画出相关的答案,让学生第二次对Story time有了更深刻的了解和掌握,有利于培养学生的阅读理解能力和解决问题的能力。

T:Let’s play a game,try to tell us the time or the festivals as quickly as possible.(月份和节日快速匹配)

设计意图:通过这个游戏,进一步巩固以上所学,也给学生制造出一个兴奋点,让他们的注意力高度集中,也相当于给了他们一个表现的机会,让他们勇于开口说英语。

设计意图:通过跟读,一方面规范学生的发音,使其更地道、标准,另一方面培养学生综合运用所学知识的能力。

B.Read in groups

You can choose one way you like.

(1)Read in paragraphs.(四人合作,每人读一段)

(2)Read it together.(四人齐读)

(3)Read one by one.(一人领读,其余人跟读)

设计意图:通过多种形式朗读,帮助学生理解语篇,培养学生正确的语音语调和良好的朗读习惯。
