Abstract: China concerns more about the retirement living of the disabled elderly than about that of the healthy elderly. The healthy elderly have much leisure time, and the satisfactory degree of their leisure life is an important indicator of their retirement living quality. Because of little social attention and support, many communities do not have appropriate public activity venues and facilities for the healthy elderly, and few community-based organizations have guided and organized the healthy elderly to carry out activities, which led to the leisure life of the most healthy elderly not rich enough and not very satisfactory. In order to improve the retirement life quality of the healthy elderly and enhance their well-being, and promote social harmony and progress, we should encourage young people to live with their parents or live not too far to their parents’ residences, and establish suitable community venues and facilities for them. At the same time, we should also strengthen the role of community organizations in guiding and organizing leisure activities of the healthy elderly, and should fully mobilize and develop the enthusiasm of the healthy elderly to organize and manage their own leisure life.

Abstract: Although system factors play an important role in the co-operative governance, they have their defects, such as the co-operative governance lacks a strong support of political system, lagging of the forming of the system and its inflexibility when implemented. To solve these problems and to achieve better regional co-operative governance, we should strengthen the construction of system factors, but more importantly, we should put an emphasis on the construction of non-system factors, which are supplement to system factors. As a very important non-system factor, social capital can exert a positive effect on regional co-operative governance. First, more flexible in regional co-operative governance. Second, cut the risk cost. Third, reduce the time and cost of running-in. Fourth, strengthening the sense of cohesion. Fifth, cut management cost and optimize management effects. Social capital can promote the development of regional co-operative governance, which is a supplement to system factors.

The style of"Autobiography of Tai Shi Gong"is similar to "Xu Gua". They may relate to each other."Xu Gua"explains the relationship of sixty-four Gua. So do"Autobiography of Tai Shi Gong". Abstract:Compiled by Sima Qian, Shiji (Records of the Grand Historian) occasionally presents differences between biographical narratives and the historian’s comments. Such comparison not only implies the author’s profundities and demonstrates the actual characteristics and true spirits of the character recorded in the biography. Kongji Shijia (Biography of Confucius) is a chapter narrating the frustration Confucius encountered in his political participation and extolling Confucius’s grand contribution to the Chinese culture. From Confucius’s failures and great deeds, following generations have observed a tragic image of a political underdog that persisted on doing something impossible. Sima Qian’s comments on Confucius show high respect and praise for his life-long pursuit of ideal personality. Therefore, a character that possesses firm determination in distress is a character worthy of modeling. Confronted with all the distress and adversities, an intellectual with noble characters who attains spiritual transcendence and rejuvenates cultural values merits regard. Although Confucius and Sima Qian, one as a sage and the other a historian, lived in different times (with a gap of more than 400 years), their personality as an intellectual with noble characters matches. However, because these intellectuals are already history, in memorizing the characters in the past, modern people should be able to better understand the life background of those who practicing Tao consistently. No matter how the external environment changes, self-encouragement and improvement and the pursuit of value in life are major challenges to modern intellectuals.
