Abstract: Marxism began the journey of its sinicization since it was introduced into China. From the beginning of Marxism being introduced into China to the initial stage of Chinese reforming and opening, sinicization of Marxism was realized through the unity between Marxism and Chinese revolution, construction, thus, Marxism and Chinese inherent thought lie in secondary position. At present, when the reforming and opening makes great achievements, the unity between Marxism and Chinese inherent thought is pushed to the historical stage. We should borrow and make use of the experience of the older generations, understand Chinese inherent thought exactly and make a distinction between essence and dross of Chinese inherent thought. Based on the position of Marxism, we should construct the Marxism of Sinicization and realize the Sinicization of Marxism through combining Marxism and the essence, positive factors and advanced ingredients of Chinese inherent thought and culture.
