病人：手术会很疼吗？

护士：手术时不会疼，但打麻药时有一点点，比做药敏实验好一点，不用害怕。

病人：麻药的作用能维持多长时间？麻药过后会疼吗？

护士：一般麻药作用完全消失需2h。手术中如果你感到疼痛，医师可随时适当添加麻药。术后如果疼痛得厉害的话，可根据医嘱服用止疼片。第二次服用止疼片应与前一次间隔6h。

病人：这手术会影响我将来喂奶吗？

护士：放心好了，一般不会有什么影响的。

病人：我的纤维瘤是良性的？还是恶性的？

护士：乳房纤维瘤一般为良性肿瘤。取出来的肿块我们将常规进行病理检查，报告将在三个工作日后发出。到时你可以到外科门诊的候诊室取报告，有什么问题及时和医生取得联系。

病人：为我手术的医生是男？是女？

护士：为你手术的是男医生。没关系的，不用害羞，手术时我们会一直陪在你身边。

病人：手术后我还会再生这样的瘤子吗？

护士：一般不会，因为这与你体内的激素水平有关。你平时应少吃鸡肉等含有激素的食物。

（手术结束后）

护士：请你3d后来门诊让医生替你检查伤口的情况。一般七天拆线，术后可出现的问题及怎样处理，在我刚才给你的健康处方上都有介绍，你回去看看。如有问题，可随时电话联系。祝你健康！Interactions

Patient：Is the surgery very painful？

Nurse：No，not during the surgery.But there will be a little pain during the local anesthesia which is less painful than the skin allergy test.

Patient：How long will the effects of the anesthesia last？Will I feel pain after the anesthesia wears out？

Nurse：Generally，the anesthetic will last for 2hours.If you feel pain during the operation，the anesthetist can give you more anesthetic anytime.And if you feel pain after surgery，your doctor can prescribe pain medication for you.The time interval between the two pain medications is 6hours.

Patient：Will this surgery affect my breastfeeding in the future？

Nurse：Don’t worry.In general，it should not.

Patient：Is my fibroid tumor benign or malignant？

Nurse：The mastofibroma is usually a benign tumor.A routine pathological examination will be done on the removed tumor，and the report will be available in three business days.You can pick up the report from the outpatient surgery clinic at that time.Do not hesitate to contact the doctor immediately if there is any problem.

Patient：Is the doctor who will operate on me male or female？

Nurse：It’s a male doctor.But do not worry，we will be at your side during the surgery.

Patient：Will the tumor recur after surgery？

Nurse：Usually it will not.The tumor is related to your body hormone level.You should eat less food such as chicken，which may contain artificial hormones.

（After the surgery）

Nurse：Please come back to the outpatient clinic three days after discharge.The doctor will examine your incision wound.Generally，the stitches will be removed on the seventh days.What will happen and how to deal with the problems you may encounter after the surgery，are all listed in the instructions we gave you awhile back.Please read them and contact us at any time if you have any problems.We wish you stay in good health.
