全国两会分别于3月5日和3月3日在北京开幕，两会是全国人民代表大会和中国人民政治协商会议的合称，英文全称为National People's Congress & Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Sessions。一年一度的两会聚焦社会热点，激发着全国人民参政议政的热情，本期以“两会”为背景，提炼了一年来社会上关注的民生热点。
