Abstract:Digital labor alienation is a new subject of Marx’s labor theory of value in the digital age,which is manifested as the loss of labor consciousness,the overwork of digital production,the alienation of digital products and the gradation of social relations.The intrinsic drive of digital capital chasing benefits is the essential cause of digital labor alienation,and the excessive penetration of digital technology into life and the weakening of the subject consciousness in the labor process are the important factors causing alienation.At present,China is in the period of rapid development of digital economy,and it is very important to discard digital alienation and seek the healthy development of digital labor.To solve digital labor alienation,we need to accelerate the improvement of digital capital governance system,emphasize the positive play of digital technology and pay attention to the awakening of the consciousness of laborers’ subject.

Abstract:As a new form of communication and power,the algorithm recommendation mechanism has the characteristics of instrumental operation,interesting push and “post-truth” communication,which deeply affects the formation of social culture and people’s ideology.Its adherence to data logic,consumption logic,and emotional logic brings risks and challenges such as value solidification,value intensification,and value polarization.To address challenges,it is necessary to optimize algorithm design,improve public algorithm literacy,and improve algorithm regulatory mechanisms,to achieve a leap from “algorithm leading” to “algorithm leading” and promote the cohesion of social value consensus.
