2021“重慶好礼”旅游商品(文创产品)大赛暨外事礼品征集活动,由重庆市文化和旅游发展委员会、重庆市人民政府外事办公室、重庆市荣昌区人民政府联合主办。大赛对来自重庆、四川共45个市、区、县参赛作品,以“地域性、品牌性、实用性、创新性、市场性、工艺性、示范性”等标准,评选出80件重庆外事礼品。重庆市外事服务中心在本刊特辟专栏,讲述外事好礼背后的故事。
2021 “Chongqing Gifts” Competition: Best Travel Gifts (Cultural & Creative) · Gifts for Foreign Affairs Events was co-hosted by the Chongqing Culture and Tourism Development Commission, Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Chongqing Rongchang District Peoples Government. The Competition evaluated entries from 45 cities, districts and counties of Chongqing and Sichuan Province based on whether they were locally unique, strong in brand, practical, innovative, competitive, artistic and exemplary. In the end, 80 outstanding products were selected to be gifts for foreign affairs events in Chongqing. In this special column, Chongqing Municipal Foreign Affairs Service Center is going to tell the stories about these products.

Beside the dewy plum trees, the cloud-like steam floated towards the sky.
This poem brings us back to the tranquil night when the poet was making tea in the mountains. Jinshan black tea also originates in the mountains – Gold Buddha Mountain in Nanchuan District, Chongqing.
As one of the four famous mountains in Sichuan and Chongqing, Gold Buddha Mountain was acquainted with tea production over 3,000 years ago. In the Tang Dynasty (618-907), Gaozhi tea, a kind of oolong tea that grew in this mountain, created a sensation in the capital city Changan (todays Xian). It was spoken highly of by Bai Juyi and Huang Tingjian, two famous poets in ancient China who sojourned in Chongqing. At present, Dashu tea that Gold Buddha Mountain produces is the relict species of Gaozhi tea. With a life span of over 2,700 years, the tallest Dashu tea tree in the mountain has won reputation of “the ancestor of tea” in the industry. Dashu tea is “exclusive to China and superior in the world”. In addition, the favorable ecological environment has made Gold Buddha Mountain “a repository of natural plants”. The leaves of those ancient tea trees are plump in shape, soft in texture and bright in color. They are also rich in polyphenol and amino acid, and contains moderate caffeine. Its fair enough to say that they are the perfection for making black tea.
On July 5th, 2019, Chongqing Tourism Promotion was held at China Cultural Center (Sydney) under the theme: “A Land of Natural Beauty, A City with Cultural Appeal”. During the Promotion, the vintage Jinshan black tea from Nanchuan District, Chongqing was well received by Australian friends. Greatly surprised by its pleasant smell, sweet aftertaste and bright color, they expressed curiosity about its making process.
Walking into the processing workshop of Jinshan black tea, you will be greeted by the rich tea aroma. Jinshan black tea, especially the handmade, is processed with sophisticated techniques to extremely strict standards. The fresh leaves must be harvested during 9 and 10 am on sunny days, and then wither under the sun. Next, the leaves are kneaded and rolled for seven rounds, each lasting for a specified time. Then, the tea will turn brown under fermentation. Heat control is crucial in this process, because any deviation in temperature will not make the perfect tea. Together with Chongqing Ancient Tree Tea Research Institute, Chongqing Jinshanhu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd has grasped the essence of ancient tea making techniques originated from Gold Buddha Mountain. In line with the freshness standards, the company uses tea buds and the youngest leaves as raw materials. Using modern, digital tea making equipment and through repeated production, practice, exploration and innovation, the company eventually worked out a unique set of tea making process for this vintage Jinshan black tea.
“It is different from the way how British black tea mixes and matches, different from its strong and potent flavor as well.”
This is how a foreign guest commented the vintage Jinshan black tea, the designated black tea drink for 2019 Smart China Expo.

“轻涛松下烹溪月,含露梅边煮岭云”。千年金山红古树红茶产自重庆南川金佛山。
金佛山为巴渝四大名山之一,已有三千余年产茶历史。唐代即以“高枝茶”名振长安,后受到寓渝诗人白居易、黄庭坚的高度赞赏。今天分布在金佛山的“大树茶”,即为其遗种。其中最大一株野生大树茶已有2700余年的树龄,被茶叶界视为“茶树鼻祖”,堪称“世界一绝,中国独有”。在这有“天然植物陈列馆”之称,生态环境得天独厚的金佛山,其古茶树鲜叶叶质厚软,隆起光泽,富含茶多酚、氨基酸及适量咖啡碱,是制作红茶的绝佳之选。
2019年7月5日,在澳大利亚悉尼中国文化中心,“山水之城·美丽之地”重庆文化旅游推介会上,南川千年古树茶—“金山红”得到了澳大利亚宾客的好评。一杯杯香气浓郁隽永、滋味醇厚回甘、汤色橙红明亮的“金山红”让他们大呼神奇、称赞好喝,他们还对古树茶的制茶工艺表示了好奇。
走进“金山红”加工车间,一股浓郁的茶香扑面而来。据介绍,千年金山红古树红茶制作工艺复杂且要求极其严格,尤以手工定制款更甚。制作红茶的鲜叶采摘须在晴天的上午九、十点进行,采用天然阳光萎凋。揉捻须七揉七捻,而且必须揉足规定时辰。发酵转红,火候要恰到好处,差一分生,多一分过……重庆金山湖农业开发有限公司联合重庆市古树茶研究院,充分汲取金佛山古法制茶精髓,以古茶树鲜叶标准一芽二叶为原料,利用现代数字化制茶设备,反复生产实践,不断开拓创新,最终研发出一套独有的千年金山红古树红茶生产工艺。
“不同于英式红茶的拼配方式,不同于英式红茶的表现出的浓烈、偏硬。”
这是2019中国国际智能产业博览会上,国外嘉宾对智博会指定红茶饮品—千年金山红古树红茶的评价:
“金山红柔软、回甘、适口,是一种像秋天太阳般温暖的红茶。”
