燃料电池空气供应系统选型与仿真

摘 要:燃料電池汽车是一种零排放的新能源汽车,近几年各大主机厂都开始燃料电池汽车的基础研发工作。本文对一款燃料电池电堆(80kw)的空气供应系统进行了零部件的选型与仿真。电堆最大电流500A,匹配得到控制流量107g/s,空压机压比2.47,加湿器效率26.1%,中冷器冷却功率8.45kw,背压阀选取直径20的蝶阀。并根据零部件供应商提供的零部件性能数据,对空气供应系统进行仿真分析。对最大电流工况以及NEDC工况进行仿真。结果表明燃料电池空气供应系统按照本文的计算方法可以满足选型的要求。

Selection and Simulation of fuel cell air supply system

Abstract:Fuel cell vehicle (FCV) is a kind of new energy vehicle with zero emission. In recent years, major engine plants have started the basic research and development of FCV. In this paper, a fuel cell stack (80kW) air supply system parts are selected and simulated. The maximum current of the stack is 500A, the control flow is 107g / s, the pressure ratio of the air compressor is 2.47, the efficiency of the humidifier is 26.1%, and the cooling power of the intercooler is 8.45kw, and the butterfly valve with diameter of 20 is selected as the back pressure valve. According to the performance data of parts provided by parts suppliers, the air supply system is simulated and analyzed. The maximum current condition and NEDC condition are simulated. The results show that the fuel cell air supply system can meet the requirements of type selection according to the calculation method in this paper.
