情景法在小学英语教学中的课堂活动设计

学习语言需要有良好的环境,对于小学生来说,学习环境、学习气氛是非常重要的。所以,小学英语课堂要注重情景教学模式的应用,为他们营造良好气氛,激发小学生的学习积极性。

一、小学生英语学习中的问题

1.学生记不住单词的发音

由于小学生的记忆和年龄的原因,短时间内孩子们能够记住,但随着时间久了,一些词汇会慢慢的淡化。

2.学生不愿意说英语

小学生自主学习能力较差,由于某些客观条件的限制,学生在实际交际或模拟情境中学习到的词汇难以理解和运用。

3.应试教育使英语学习更加困难

从目前的情况看,长期忽视语言实践。而达到的是教学效果的一半努力,因此学生很难掌握知识。

二、小学英语课堂情景活动设计与运用

1.运用肢体动作语言,模拟情景

肢体语言其实就是孩子们的挤一点,在真实的情景中运用功能句型,在role-play中体验对话。

2.引用故事表演,融入情景

小学英语课堂教学可引用的表演分为两种:基本表演、延伸表演。 情景活动设计

3.鼓励学生多接触有关英语的事物

“learning a foreign language is like attacking a blockhouse, we must attack it from all sides.”学英语教材,看英语电影,听英语歌曲,这些可以是一点点积累的英語能力,有利于提高听力水平和帮助记忆单词.

三、创设好具有文化气息的英语教学环境

1.使用多媒体创设教学情景

在小学英语课堂中应用多媒体可以为学生创造丰富的形象化的教学情境,让学生产生探究的兴趣,利用听觉和视觉的结合加深学生对所学知识的印象,帮助他们掌握更多的知识。

2.使用简笔画创设教学情景

在小学英语课堂教学中,我们可以将素描贯穿到每一个环节,为学生创造更真实的英语教学情境。例如,在教英语单词,比如水果和动物的时候,我们只需要用一些简单的笔画一些动物和水果的图案来教学。

3.使用游戏创设教学情景

在英语教学中正确使用游戏形式,可以调节课堂气氛,将枯燥乏味的语言知识教学转化为生动有趣的游戏形式,为学生创造一个有趣而丰富的语言交际情境。

4.使用图片创设教学情景

在活动教学中,游戏教学也经常使用图片来辅助。图片不仅可以提高小学生学习英语的兴趣,而且可以加深学生学习英语的效果。

四、活动设计

Activity One: Simulated zoo scene

Teaching content:

new words: money, lion, rabbit, tiger and elephant

new sentences: What's it? It's a/an...

Introduction: Situational creation teaching is a new teaching method, which has been used in all stages of education in China, which can create an image situation for students, improve students enthusiasm for learning English, and keep knowledge in mind.

Teaching Steps:

Step1:before class, the teacher arranged a picture of a zoo on the blackboard with cards and took the students to the zoo.

Step2: Ask: How many animals in the zoo? design intention: To see the layout of the blackboard, attract students' attention, greatly cultivate students' interest.

Step 3: Use word cards and pictures to lead out money, lion, rabbit, tiger and elephant words one by one for questioning and reading.

Step4:In the form of driving a train, the teacher points to the animal and says its English words. Repeated practice.

Step5:Use What's it? It's a/an ... Put in the words to read. Read it again in groups.

Step6:Use one minute to talk with each other at the same table, then the teacher will pick the same table to stand up and have a dialogue, and repeat the exercise.

Activity Three: Picture Teaching

Teaching content: words and sentences

Introduction: Pictures are loved by students because of their vivid image and colorful features. Moreover, pictures are easy to collect and make, and are not limited by time and specific conditions.

Pictures are widely used. Pictures can be used in words, phrases, sentences and other teaching, in the activity teaching, game teaching also often use pictures to assist.

Activity Four: Play the game

Introduction: No matter what the content of the game is, it will show enthusiasm without reservation. Games, no doubt, can maximize the enthusiasm of children. Create an interesting and rich language communication situation for students, attract students to actively participate in classroom practice activities, and improve students' listening and listening ability.This teaching method is in line with the students lively and active love performance, willing to accept the psychological characteristics of new things, classroom teaching has become vivid and lively, improve the positive learning of students, but also improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.

五、總结

随着新教材的使用,我们从教材内容中了解到情景创设教学在小学英语教学中的重要性,基于这种情况,基本上每一节英语课都可以应用到情景教学中,创设情境教学的使用频率较以前有显著提高,这对激发学生的学习兴趣,保持学生的课堂注意力,提高学生的课堂效率起到了很大的作用。在今后的情境教学研究中,应着重研究如何在课堂上更巧妙、更有效地运用情境教学,使之不再是课堂上的点缀,而应成为整个教学不可或缺的一部分,使课堂成为深入的手段,能利用情景更好地反映英语的问题和兴趣,极大地激发学生的学习兴趣,使情景教学不再流于表面,形成真正有效的情景教学模式,从而提高其教学效果。
