该建筑是示范性的乡村公建，需要在有限的面积与造价内为村民提供10项服务功能。另外，被指定的用材“砖”以及农村施工队等限制条件，迫使设计需要以简明平和的方式来满足村民对美好公共生活的向往。为此，设计采用了“多进院落”这种兼具灵活性与适宜性的传统空间类型，通过虚实相间的空间组织把不同性质的公共空间紧密联系到一起，为内部视线和动线提供了有序的开放性。同时，夹心保温的砖墙所呈现的厚重体量为夏季隔热和冬季保温提供了足够的支持。最终，设计以低技策略实现了“环境友爱” “多元共享”以及“场所特征”之间的平衡。

This building is an exemplary village public building, which needs to provide ten functions to the villagers within a limited area and cost. In addition, the constraints of the specified material "brick" and the rural construction team forced the design to meet the villagers' aspirations for a better public life in a simple and peaceful way. For this reason, the design used the traditional spatial typology of the "multi-courtyard", which is both flexible and appropriate. Through spatial organisation between the solid and void, the public spaces with different natures are linked together closely, providing an orderly openness for the internal sight and circulation. At the same time, the heavy volume of sandwich brick wall provides sufficient support for thermal insulation both in summer and winter. In the end, the design achieves a balance between "ecofriendly", "multi-sharing" and "characteristics of place" with a low-tech strategy.
