成形包络数控磨削理论研究

摘 要：通过研究建立了“成形包络数控磨削”方法数学模型，完成齿面的成形包絡磨削技术和高硬度高精度轴承滚道的精密磨削技术研究。和空间共轭曲线构成的复杂曲面关键制造技术，建立了变截面行星轮齿廓曲面的坐标测量和误差评定方法。

Abstract： The mathematical model of "forming envelope NC grinding" method is established， and the forming envelope grinding technology of tooth surface and the precision grinding technology of high hardness and high precision bearing raceway are studied. Based on the key manufacturing technology of complex surface composed of space conjugate curve， the coordinate measurement and error evaluation method of variable section planetary gear tooth profile surface are established.
