护理风险管理对神经外科护理缺陷与护理满意度的影响

[摘要] 目的 通过对患者实施不同的管理方案，探究不同管理方案的护理效果。方法 该研究对象均为该院神经外科在2017年1月—2019年3月期间收治的88例患者，根据数字随机方式分为对照组与观察组，各44例，对照组以常规的管理措施进行，观察组给予神经外科护理风险管理模式进行，同时将护理满意度和护理缺陷事件作为观察指标，并進行统计对比。结果 观察组经过护理后，非常满意27例，一般满意15例，不满意2例，护理满意度为95.45%显著高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=14.374，P<0.05）;观察组液体外渗2例，坠床1例，意外脱管1例，跌倒2例，压疮0例，其护理缺陷事件发生率13.64%显著低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=15.306，P<0.05）。结论 对于神经外科的患者采取护理风险管理效果肯定，不仅改善护理满意度，减少护理缺陷事件的发生，还能够有效缓解患者生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the nursing effects of different management schemes by implementing different management schemes for patients. Methods The subjects of this study were 88 patients treated in the hospital from January 2017 to March 2019. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the numbers， with 44 cases in the control group. The control group used routine measures， and the observation group was given the risk management model of neurosurgical nursing. At the same time， the nursing satisfaction and nursing defect events were used as observation indicators， and statistical comparison was performed. Results After observation， 27 patients in the observation group were very satisfied， 15 patients were generally satisfied， and 2 patients were dissatisfied. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45% significantly higher than that of the control group， with a statistically significant difference（χ2=14.374， P<0.05）; 2 cases of fluid extravasation in the observation group， 1 case of falling bed， 1 case of accidental detubation， 2 cases of fall， and 0 cases of pressure ulcer. The incidence of nursing defect events was 13.64% significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=15.306， P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing risk management for neurosurgery patients is positive， not only improving nursing satisfaction， reducing the occurrence of nursing defects， but also effectively alleviating the quality of life of patients.

神经外科患者在护理过程存在风险因素，护理人员工作繁琐，长期处于紧张状态，影响患者生命健康，提高护理风险[1-3]。护理风险管理可以评估和识别护理工作中存在的危险因素，积极预防，保障患者健康安全。通过在神经外科护理过程中进行风险管理，能够很好地规避日常护理过程中，重点护理过程中相关风险操作因素，从而改善患者住院环境。为进一步探析护理风险管理对神经外科护理缺陷与护理满意度的影响，该研究将2017年1月—2019年3月到该院诊治的神经外科患者中随机抽取88例，分为两组，实施不同的护理管理方案，获得效果差异显著，具体报道如下。
