PDCA循环管理法在医院感染管理中的价值分析

[摘要] 目的 分析PDCA循环管理法在医院感染管理中的应用价值。方法 该院自2017年8月起在医院感染管理中实施PDCA循环管理法，该次研究将2016年7月—2017年7月期间PDCA循环管理法实施前的情况纳入对照组，将2017年8月—2018年8月期间PDCA循环管理法实施后的情况纳入研究组，统计实施前后医院感染管理的各项指标，包括院内感染发生率、物体表面消毒合格情况、空气消毒合格情况以及医务人员洗手合格情况等。结果 研究组的院内感染发生率（0.49%）显著低于对照组（1.16%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组物体表面消毒合格率、空气消毒合格情况率、医务人员洗手正确率、医务人员洗手依从率分别为98.07%、92.89%、94.93%、86.63%，均较对照组显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 医院感染管理中PDCA循环法的应用，有效提高了管理质量，减少了院内感染发生率，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application value of PDCA circulation management method in hospital infection management. Methods The hospital implemented the PDCA cycle management method in hospital infection management from August 2017. This study will include the pre-implementation of the PDCA cycle management method from July 2016 to July 2017 into the control group， the situation after the implementation of the PDCA Circulation Management Law during August 2017 to August 2018 was included in the study group， and the indicators of hospital infection management before and after the implementation of the statistics， including the incidence of nosocomial infection， the surface disinfection of the object， the air disinfection status and medical staff hand washing conditions， etc. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group（0.49%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（1.16%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The surface disinfection rate of the study group， air disinfection rate， medical staff correct rate of hand washing and the compliance rate of hand washing by medical staff were 98.07%， 92.89%， 94.93%， and 86.63%， respectively， which were significantly higher than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in hospital infection management has effectively improved the quality of management and reduced the incidence of nosocomial infection， which is worth promoting.

在医院管理的各项工作中，医院感染管理占据重要地位，其相关指标的评价，也是评估医疗质量的重要标准[1]。为了不断降低医院感染发生率，该院将PDCA循环管理法引入管理工作中，通过遵循科学的工作程序，使得管理人员能够及时发现问题，并采取有效措施改进，从而达到促进医院感染管理效果稳步提高的目的[2]。为进一步探究PDCA循环管理法的应用方法及效果，该次研究选取了其实施前后医院管理相关的评价指标，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

该院自2017年8月起在医院感染管理中实施PDCA循环管理法，将2016年7月—2017年7月期间PDCA循环管理法实施前的情況作为对照组，将2017年8月—2018年8月期间PDCA循环管理法实施后的情况纳入研究组。
