Josai I-House东金地球村位于千叶郊区的国际学生宿舍，是城西国际大学的新设施。这间宿舍兼国际中心可容纳132 名国际学生，设施周全，包括共享的公共空间、附设私人浴室的单人房和双人房，以及设有共享浴室的四人房。这些合住的房间租金较廉宜，是校方特意为来自新兴国家经济欠佳的学生而设置的。公共空间经过悉心设计，营造出文化多元又怡人环境，让来自世界各地的学生彼此认识交流。

Josai I-House Togane Global Village is a new facility of JIU, Josai International University, which located in rural area of Chiba-prefecture. This dormitory and international centre for 132 international students eきciently houses a collection of shared public spaces and rooms ranging from singles and doubles with private baths, to rooms sleeping four with shared bathing facilities. These shared rooms allow JIU to offer accommodations for relatively low rent and are particularly geared towards students of modest means from emerging countries. The well-planned public spaces create a culturally diverse and inviting environment for international students from around the world to get to know each other.
