Key words:Education;Student;Teaching
In this way, students can be promoted to develop their knowledge, skills and emotions as individuals, and thus the classroom effect can be optimized. For teachers, this is also the most important topic to explore constantly. There are some personal understandings about how to embody the teachers' leading role and the students' subject status that I'd like to talk which combining the concrete teaching experiment.
1.The role of teachers and students of repositioning, a correct view of teachers and students of establishment.
In order to embody the teacher's leading role and the student's subject status in teaching, the role of teachers and students in teaching must be pinpointed. Influenced by exam-oriented teaching for a long time, teachers pay attention excessively to book knowledge and regard students as passive information receivers, and the whole teaching process is a teaching-centric. Therefore, if teachers want to reflect the subject status of students and the leading status of teachers, they must accurately recognize that teaching and learning are the unity of opposites, which students are masters of learning, and teaching serves students. The whole teaching process is centered on learning for students, and regards the student as the living individual who is rich in subjective initiative and great potential, respects the student, designs and develops the teaching activity from the perspective of students. Only in this way can students' subject status and teachers' leading role be reflected.
If students are masters of learning, teachers will be the designers of teaching activities. Teachers should study materials deeply, and have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the material. Meanwhile, they should have a deep understanding of students. They should examine the material from the perspective of students, and find the best combination between the teaching content and students' learning experience, and design teaching activities.
