一、教材内容

Section A 1-2c。

二、教材分析

“认识新朋友”是本单元的主题，本节课的内容是初一上即预备篇后的第一单元第一课时Section A 1-2c的内容。主要内容是介绍自己和问候他人。教会学生如何使用基本句型：“Whats your/his/her name？My/His/Her name is...？”为后续学习“First/last name，Whats your/her/his phone number？”做好铺垫。

三、教学目标

1.认知目标

（1）学会打招呼和介绍自己、询问他人姓名的基本句型

“Whats your/his/her name？My/His/Her name is...”。

（2）掌握be动词（am，are，is）的用法。

（3）掌握what引导的特殊疑问句。

（4）掌握形容词性物主代词：my，your，his，her。

学习策略：实践练习、听力练习和角色游戏。

2.能力目标

（1）培养学生的语言运用能力，让学生把所学到的语言知识和生活实际联系起来，使学习过程生活化。

（2）培养“四会”能力，听说领先，读写跟上，反复跟读磁带。

3.情感目标

（1）创设情境，组织小组对话、讨论、调查和设计等活动，培养学生的合作意识和团队精神。

（2）通过以上连贯性的操练，既练了英语，又练了思维，更学会礼貌地与他人交往。

四、设计思路

本课是口语性课文，为突出重点、突破难点，我把教材上的内容分成两大部分来处理。一是学练“your”的问答。二是“her”“his”的运用。采取了先学练重难点，利用好教材的任务活动，再进行听说读写背的综合练习。

五、教学重点

使学生学会基本句型：“Whats your/his/her name？My/His/Her name is...”培养学生结交新朋友的能力。会运用形容词性物主代词my，your，his，her。

六、教学难点

1.掌握I—my，you—your，he—his，she—her的用法。

2.be动词的正确搭配和使用。

七、教学过程

Step 1.Warm-up and study the new words

1.Warm-up：greet with the students by using“good morning/ good afternoon/ hello/ hi...”and help the students to respond .

2.展示新单词：利用多媒体在大屏幕上展示一些物品的图

片，老师可提问 “Whats this？/ Whats that in English？”看学生能说出多少。

Step 2.Presentation

1.使用多媒体在大屏幕上展示1a中的图片，让学生仔细看图，并用英语说出这些物品的名称，把它们列举出来，展示在屏

幕上。

T：Look at the picture. Whats this？Do you know？

S1：Its a clock.

T：Good. And whats the English for “足球”？

S2：Football.

T：Great.

...

2.Memory challenge：let the students work in groups， three or four students a group. Ask the groups to make a list of the new words that shows in the picture 1a to see which group has the most words.

3.Make the students copy some new words that they are interested in the books.

Step 3.Drill

1.老师在小组中找一个人，询问他的名字并向他问好，引出新课内容。

T：Whats your name？

S1：My names Lu Jie.

T：Hi！ Lu Jie. Im Miss Li. Nice to meet you.

S1：Nice to meet you， too.

2.Show the target language on the screen so that the students can see them clearly.

3.Repeat the target language.The students read after the teacher.

4.Show some lovely boys and girls on the screen， and name them in English. Make the students know them：Alan， Mary， Jim， Jenny， Gina， ect.

5.Tell the students to read all the names after the teacher.Make them be familiar with the English names.

Step 4.Play the recording

1.Look at 1b .Play the recording for the first time. Students only listen.

2.Play the recording a second time. Students number the

conversations 1～3.

3.Check the answers.

4.Listen again. Repeat the conversations.

Step 5.Practice

1.以行为单位，即兴交际小组活动，主动去认识周围的同学，体验真实的交流。

2.进行比赛，在规定时间内记下交流过的同学的名字，并向他们问好，看谁认识的同学最多。

本节课要求采用实践练习、听力练习，利用教学图片展开课堂双人互动、小组互动，使学生学会打招呼和介绍自己、詢问他人姓名的基本句型：Whats your/his/her name？My/His/Her name is...？通过学习区分“形容词性物主代词：my，your，his，her”的运用，了解有关姓名的文化知识，进一步促进学生之间的相互了解。
