在一片城市高耸大楼之间，耸立着一栋二十层公寓，站在公寓大楼上，可以鸟瞰附近吉隆坡中心公园翠绿的绿色风景，让住户和客人在此享有开阔和透明的环境。虽然设计可能会受到正式建筑几何学的限制，但是经过一番深思熟虑，最终还是突破了这种限制，找到了一种几乎透明的解决方案。按照这种方案，用智能型玻璃建造各个活动区，满足瑜伽、儿童乐园、健身馆和社区功能需求。这些活动区域似乎漂浮在水景园内，水景园由公寓楼大堂高天花板下的倒影池构成；或者用柯林・冈下胜美博士设计的赏心悦目的蓝色玻璃片墙分隔形成这些活动区，将光过滤到被覆盖空间，给人一种扩张之感。

Built within a fabric of urban high-rise towers the twenty story condominium enjoys elevated, views towards the lush green landscape of adjacent central KLCC Park and offers an open, tranquil environment for residents and their guests. Although the design could have been constrained by a formal architectural geometry, it responds in a thoughtful almost transparent solution where activity zones are contained within intelligently placed glass boxes for yoga, pilates, kid’s room, gym and community/resident functions. These appear to foat within the water gardens created by shallow refecting pools beneath the high ceiling of the void deck. or are separated by pleasing blue glass blade walls designed by Dr Colin Okashimo to flter light into the covered spaces and give a sense of expansiveness.

Again in response his manifesto of “A Call for Calm” Dr Okashimo pursued a course of design determined to create a meaningful place of calm and contemplation. Thus on the amenity deck, the main focus of the almost solely hardscape landscape solution is a pair of site specifc, pear shaped, large scale cast bronze sculptures called “Listening”. They are sited facing each another which invite one to nestle within and rest, to think, to refect and perhaps contemplate the view, the place or one’s own thoughts.

从马来西亚国油双子塔的引人注目的外观那里获得灵感，第二个铜制艺术品“让光穿透铜身”也成为地标建筑物的一大亮点。该艺术品设有一个环形观景孔，鼓励孩子们通过观景孔，欣赏城市中他们所处的独特的位置。

Inspired by the dramatic view to the Petronus Towers, a second bronze artwork “Light Through Bronze” is directed to the iconic buildings with a circular viewing hole set at the perfect level to encourage children to peer up and appreciate their unique location within their city context.
