Abstract:Generally speaking,the development of morality is a natural evolution,but the rational construction can play a certain role in specific time andspace.Theruleoflaw,whichisdominatedbytherationalconstruction,canbearationalinterventiontothemoralevolution in somedegree.In order to enhance the moral regulation,the lawintervention for the moral evolution can be divided into three categories:to highlight forgotten morality,to restore banished morality,and to further the development of morality.

Abstract:On December 15,2014,Associate Professor Zhang Yan and Zhu Xiaoling interviewed Professor Rosemary Arrojo in her office at SUNY Binghamton University.In the interview,Arrojo shared her ideas about the relationship between translation theory and principles/techniques,the translator’s ethics under post-Nietzschean thought,the use offiction in the teachingoftranslation theory,and the future trend in translation studies.

Abstract:In the novel Prague Cemetery,which has aroused anti-semitic and conspiratorial studies,Umberto Eco points out that the long-standing sufferings perpetrated on Jews is done byChristian societyand that the essence ofJewish conspiracyis conspirators’unreal fabrication.Based on Eco’s“conspiracyformingprocess”and“conspiracyreception”,the construction pattern explains whyJewish conspiracyis adopted and used byanti-semitic group.Meanwhile the“conspiracy test”in the context of textual history context restores the truth of conspiracy.The four levels support each other and constitute Eco’s complex conspiracy theory.

Abstract:God-worship culture has a long history in Chaoshan district.The scientific analysis of it validity and contemporary significance,and the rational combination of inheritance and optimization can absorb positive elements of the culture into the construction of the city ruled by the law.A socially integrated and legally guided God-worship culture can further the development of the regional economy.

Abstract:The custom of pulling god in Yanzao,Chenghai is a distinctive,manly and highly cultural regional custom.The legends explaining its origin represent not only its folk nature but man’s conquer of divinity.As a popular belief it causes waste and pollution and affects the policy of birth control,but also functions in psychological satisfaction,social integration and cultural inheritance.It cultivates the local people’s courage and adventurous spirit,unite the community,enriches their cultural life,and represents a spirit of marine culture.

The Fiction’s Road in the Tang Dynasty ---A Study of Narratives about the Main Post Road between Changan and Luoyang

Abstract:The main post road between Changan and Luoyang connects the two major political centers in the Tang Dynasty,and is a core traffic route of the Empire.Courier stations,states,county towns,passes and temples are densely situated on this main road.Its special geographical location and busytraffic make it a dynamic geographical space,which creates not onlya famous“poetry’s road”butalsoa veritable“novels’road”.By analyzing these relevant fictional narratives we can comprehensively understand the literature of travel and service of the Tang Dynasty.

Abstract:Compared with the maturityofrelegation literature in the TangDynasty,relegation literature ofthe SongDynastyneeds further investigation. The relevant existing scholarship can be divided into four categories:general description and research,studies on individual writers,writer groups according to historical or regional divisions,or writer groups of relatives and friends,studies with relegation region as the focus.The research demonstrates that although the studyon relegation literature ofthe SongDynastyhas been fruitful in recent years,it has potential for further investigation, and researchers should renew their perspective and resort to interdisciplinary methods.

Abstract:With the deepening of the price system reform in Guangdong,problems of price are becoming increasingly prominent.The objectives of market-oriented pricing mechanism,of multivariate pricing subjects and the idea"establishing a position,defining a scope,and perfecting two mechanisms”make the construction of price formation mechanism the direction of the reform,and establish the trinity combination system as the main path of the reform.To advance the reform we should reform the management system of resource and energy prices which is the foundation of the price systemreform,accelerate the market-oriented reformtoconsolidate the core ofthe reform,and regulate the market price which is the keytothe reform.

On the Crime of False Litigation from the Perspective of Judicial Management

Abstract:The criminal regulation can not prevent the false litigations,therefore their characteristics like the related property dispute,special relation between the parties,the effect of mediation,the hysteretic nature of discovery,etc.should be considered.As for the causes of false litigation like the obscurity of case facts due to the court’s favouring of mediation,the islanding phenomenon in trial information,and the administration of the judicial system,etc.,the lawsuit mediation systemshould be reformed,the information systemshould be perfected,the evaluation ofjudicial adjudication should be adjusted,and the judicial administrative system should be ensured.

Summary Implementation Model of Justice ---Based on the Process as Punishment

Abstract:Implementation model of justice include due procedure and summary procedure.It is legitimate to advocate summary procedure which can reduce the burden of the accused and respect their optional right of procedure.The judges applying The Pareto 80/20 Rule and the way of“simplifying the simple majority and optimizing the complex minority”agree with judicial principles.Summary procedure ensures the principle of“trial as the center”.It is necessary to perfect summary procedure in these ways:offering sentencing discount to the accused that choose summary procedure,professionalizing judges,and simplifying pre-trail and trail procedures of summary procedure.

An Investigation of Xu Fuguan’s Hermeneutics

Abstract:There is no direct reference to hermeneutics in Xu Fuguan’s works,but there are rich hermeneutic thought which can be theorized and systematized into a hermeneutic system with practicality and substantial content.The research on Xu’s hermeneutic thought must be grounded on his methodologies.Beginning with the mechanism of hermeneutic practice and its logic start,and discomposing the hermeneutic ability into“void mind”and“intersubjectivity”,we can describe the system as follows:the hermeneutic practice is the entrance of the subject by means of a void mind into the object,and with this mental unity of subject and object as well as the intersubjectivity,the content and substance of the object will be revealed through the subject in new forms and with new physical features,thus a transformation of ideological structure in philosophy is achieved.The hermeneutic subject is only a means for the revelation of the hermeneutic object.

Abstract:In FengYoulan'slongacademiccareer,Wei-Jin cultureremained alingeringculturalcomplex.Heoutlined thetrack ofWei-Jin metaphysics, grasped its mainstream spirit,revealed its styles and highlighted its historical and contemporary values.He rediscovered Kuo Hsiang,elected his philosophy and method,and enriched the research methodology of metaphysics.Together with Tang Yongtong’s“tacit understanding”,Kuo’s methodof“differentiatingandanalyzing”standsfortheclimaxofmethodologicalstudiesonWei-Jinmetaphysics,andlaythefoundationfortheresearch of Wei-Jin philosophy.Feng Youlan’s overall grasp of Wei-Jin philosophy promoted the modernization of studies on Wei-Jin metaphysics.

The Opium Ban of Longxian County of Shanxi in the Late Period of Anti-Japanese War(1945-1948)

Abstract:The years between 1945 and 1948 is an important period for the Republic of China’s opium ban.Longxian was situated on the border between Shanxi and Gansu,where the opium problem was worsening because of different powers’pursuit of benifit.The local government adopted various measures,and was increasingly harsher in policy formulation and implementation,which proved to be effective despite the problem’s rebound in 1947.This finding is significant for the study of local government’s specific banning process,and the study of opium ban in Shanxi and even the whole China.
