The Historical Development and a Preliminary Exploration on Operating

Mode of Social Work Practice in Drug Abuse Interventions in China

Abstract:

This article reviews the historical development of the drug abuse intervention and associated social work practicein China thoroughly for the first time and furthermore summarizes five typical operating modes in drug abusesocial work. These are known as empowerment enable mode, comprehensive health and medical mode, community control and rehabilitation mode, psychosocial rehabilitation mode and Rubiks Cube Mode. Based on the critical understanding of the previous modes and the analysis of the difficulties in the development of drug abuse social work practice, this paper brings forward the Integrated Community Development Mode, an innovative approach for drug abusesocial work that suites to the present situation of China from the perspective of ecological system theory. The general principle of this operating mode can be summarized as “government support, legislative cooperation, social work integration, NGO running, social support and family assist”

Abstract: based on childrens accidental death events thinking, from the policy introduced the Taiwan lean child adoption system arrangement and service supply. The enlightenment of poor child adoption service in Taiwan for Mainland child welfare services.It has been 60 years since the poor child adoption service initiative in Taiwan from 1950.The system has benefited 250720 children. This policy essence is to realize the connection of the resources. This system should be practiced by social organizations. For this, social organizations need to strengthen their own ability construction and improve their credibility.

Abstract:

In the purchasing of social services, Social work organizations in X district Y city of Henan can effectively decompose the burden of government, cooperate with government effect, expand service areas, effectively alleviate. They can explore service mode to improve the quality of service and link social resources to promote the integration of social resources. But at the same time, social work professional is not enough. Social work organizations are not specification. The management of some social workers is not effect, some of them are professionals tendency. Therefore, we should strengthen the training of social workers, strengthen the supervision of social work organizations, improve the social work service evaluation system, and promote the integration of administrative and professional the social workers.

The Multi瞔ooperation Social Work Practice

——A Case Study of the SD Center

Abstract:

In this paper,the author reflected the inclination of over瞤rofessionalization in the development of social work and brought about the idea of conducting social work in a multi瞔ooperation context. Then, taking the SD Center case as an example, this article illustrates “Conducting Social Work in a Multi瞔ooperation Context” from such four aspects as the definition, the involved party, the type and the structure of the mechanism. After in瞕epth research, the author drew four conclusions. First, the definition of cooperation is various. Cooperation is not only a cooperative action towards a specific goal, but also a series of work, including resource integration and service network establishment. Second, the involved party of cooperation is varied. It consists of individual, organization, institution and corporation. Third, the type of cooperation is diversified. We have cooperation between different parties in one discipline and have trans瞕isciplinary cooperation. We have formal and informal cooperation. We have cooperation inside and outside the community. Fourth, the structure of the mechanism of cooperation is intricate. While we can build a formal cooperative relationship, the formal cooperation and informal cooperation can be converted to one another. Also, we can construct a long瞭erm and stable interactive relationship.

Transformation of World Cities Study:

Social Construction Perspectives on Social Work

Abstract:

Previous World Cities study built on the citys economic indicators,did not reflect social indicators. However, the social construction, including the establishment of a sound social security and welfare system, the social governance systems innovation, the government management and service levels improvements and so on, provides more open perspective of world cities studies. According to the experience of the World City, their countrys social construction and social management is closely relevant to Social Work. Guangzhou city can learn from the experience of world cities social construction, pursuing to a higher level as a world city of Guangzhou goal endeavors.

Comprehensive analysis of the liability of air falling

objects and Social Assistance

Abstract:

Legal liability arising from the air falling objects criminal, civil penalties and other aspects of law and order, and the burden of proof in principle attributable to diversify a certain particularity, should pay attention to the overall perspective of the law, a comprehensive analysis of the problem and deal with their legal obligations. Tort Liability Act responsibilities under Article 87 of the case by an unknown person may infringer compensation system, have the particularity and the burden of proof on its imputation is expedient under certain historical conditions should gradually improve the social assistance by system replaced.

Construction of Grass瞨oots Organizations

of the Disabled with Service Capacity

Abstract:

This paper studied the building of grass瞨oots organizations of the disabled and service provision in China. We discussed how to get service with 4 disabled families. We find that the service is provided by multi including the parties, family, community, NGO and others; Service by the grass瞨oots organizations of disabled persons is insufficient. Research indicated that we should change the idea about the construction of community handicapped association and include the folk organization of disabled persons in the grass瞨oots organizations of disabled persons to enhance the service capabilities.

Non瞘overnmental welfare

organizations Services Dilemma

Abstract:

Non瞘overnment welfare organization is an important force to meet the needs of community and make up insufficient government public service. Based on a social work organization in eastern coastal city participated in social welfare provision, this study makes a profound analysis on these practices and finds non瞘overnment welfare organization should reflect government equity, market efficiency and social value, but the study finds there are many dilemmas in practice including contradiction between the value idea and profit tendency, paradox between the service quality improvement and maintenance and headlock between resource competition and policy advocation. The cruxs focus limiting the private social welfare organizations function in multiple social welfare system is the unsound ecological environment of organization. For folk social welfare organizations, to play better in providing public services and public interests expression, we should adhere to the “responsibility” principle, integrate system from the top level design and guide citizen consciousness of cooperation through education.

Abstract:

Multiculturalism in South Korea in recent years necessitates inclusion of cultural competency in South Korean social work education and practice. We examine the demographics of South Koreas ‘diverse population, followed by a theoretical framework of cultural competency and whether and to what degree cultural competency training can be effectively incorporated in South Korean social work education. Educational implications are also discussed.

Mary Ellen Richmonds Life History and the Implications

for Social Work Development of China

Abstract:

Mary Ellen Richmond is one of the most important founders of the principle of socail work practice. Despite the fact that she has only received high school education,she was always maintained a passionate devotion to public affairs and civic consciousness. She has worked in the Charity Organization Society and Russell Sage Foundation. She has a lifetime of effort to contribute to the promotion of social work specialization and social justice. In the history of specialization and professionalization of social work, “Social Diagnosis” and “What is Social Casework” are the most important two books she had finished.Review the background and the method for established of social work professional approach, which have a important implication for social work development of China. The first one is that social work should response to social needs, determine the professional status of social work in social welfare field the second one is that social work should deeply rooted in practice, to build Chinas social work theories based on the materials and profiles that have existed.

Scale Design and Analysis on Path of Enterprise Low瞔arbon

Strategy Based on Factor Analysis

Abstract:

This paper first elaborates the process of questionnaire design and data collection. Second, index system of enterprise low carbon strategy is constructed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis with four common factors that named as raw materials and their post瞮sed process, production, logistics, and resources investment. Again, the relationship of four common factors is analyzed using path analysis, and the study reveals that the enterprise resources have not only significant effects on enterprise logistics and production, but also green purchasing and the post瞮sed process. Finally, measures to improving the ability of enterprise low瞔arbon strategy are put forward according to the results.

Abstract:

Performance technology is the new direction of the research of education technology, meanwhile performance management which differ form performance technology only by a word is the major task for current organization (corporation). Through the careful review of the definition as well as the origin of this two, This research declare the similarity of this former two within aspects of the major object and the fundamental aim / the knowledge attribute/the systemic character/ the background of origin. There are, however, two major differences between this two that are the main practical procedure/ the theoretical origin. For further development, rearchers should not only make the undertaker of task performance more clear and activate his initiative but also widen the application of the performance technology in the industrial and commercial practice.
