微生物絮凝剂对染料废水的脱色试验

摘要:通过单因素和正交试验确定了一种含少动鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas paucimobilis)的微生物絮凝剂对酸性媒介黑T染料的最佳脱色条件。结果表明该絮凝剂对酸性媒介黑T染料具有较好的絮凝脱色效果。添加高岭土模拟工业酸性媒介黑T(1 000 mg/L)的废水中,调整pH为4.0,絮凝液添加量为2%,CaCl2添加量为0.16%,酸性媒介黑T染料废水的絮凝脱色率可达到95%。

Decolonization Experiments of Microbial Flocculant in the Dye Wastewater

Abstract: The previous study showed that the microbial flocculant contained Sphingomonas paucimobilis could discolor mordant black T dye wastewater efficiently. In this study, single factor tests and orthogonal tests were used to determine the optimized decolorization. The study demonstrated that the decolorization rate of mordant black T dye wastewater(1 000 mg/L) reached up to 95%, when pH was 4.0, the content of flocculation liquid was 2%, and that of CaCl2 was added to 0.16%.
