（1）Preliminary Analysis on the Model of Transactional Analysis in Social Work

The transactional analysis(TA)is considered a technique to interpret and analyzed the process of communication.Distinct behaviors and feelings are measured through different ego states that represent the attributes of parent,adult and child.As TA is exchange of expression,so it may be categorized in terms of complementary,crossed and ulterior transactions.The interactive concepts of TA are easy to read and understand,so its applicability is wide,especially in the field of social work in recent years. The author point out that with its development,we should not just be limited to the individual’s inner psychological analysis,but also pay more attention to the role of external factors,and concentrate efforts on the self-remodeling of clients.

（2 ）Review of development from the frontier social work to the ethnic social work

It is an important guarantee for the quality of education course that course system is much reasonable and perfect.Whether the social work course is reasonable or not,is directly related to the overall development of social work education and the quality of talent training.Especially,entering twenty-first Century,China's social work education has been developing rapidly.However,That not only in the design of curriculum system,but also in arrangement of the specific course content,relies heavily on the experience of western countries,bring serious trouble to the localization,characteristics of the develop-ment on social work education.Therefore,in order to grasp the reality and development trend of research,and provide the beneficial reference to further explore on the education of social work in china, this paper will summarize the existing research results relating to the reform of the social work curriculum system.

（4）A study on Curriculum Designing of BSWfrom the View of Students’demands

Based on the basic principles and three crucial factors,this paper analyzes on Wuhan university’s curriculum designing of BSW from the View of students’demands.By analyzing professional training program and a survey between students,we find out some matters existed and then advances some ideas on the reform of Curriculum Designing by learning from Hong Kong and Taiwan and draw on their experience.

（6）Social Coordination and Goal Setting——Interaction between multiple subjects in social work professional practice

Based on the professional practice reports of undergraduate students in sociology College of wuhan university,this article analyzed goal setting in professional practice of SW.We found that there existing some problems,such as unclear goals,conflicts between multiple subjects,a deficient practicing environment,and difficulties to coordinate.All these problems can be attributed to choosing unsuitable institutes,too simple goal-setting,too short time for practice,lack of knowledge about the institute and the tasks,and lack of supervisions.As a result,to reconstruct the system of goals of SW professional practice,a coordinate mechanism should be established.

（7）The Phenomenological Reconstruction for Local Professional Social Work Values

The construction of local professional social work values cannot only see the professional,but to achieve the values based on the localization of the major.The social work values in practices basically can be classified as on values for people and values for social environment.The values,formed in practices,are the inevitable result of localization of social work.The construction and communication of China’s social work values should not only rely on the western social work values.And it also should not grasp the western social work values,codes of conducts,moral dilemmas and coping strategies passively.But the right way is to refine the helping ideas from the Chinese traditional cultures,to summarize the helping mode of Chinese characteristics,to form the social work value system in line with the characteristics of Chinese culture.It is the values that can put into practices.And it is the values that can be accepted,used and internalized by learners.

Since the founding of New China,with the reform of the economic system,the urban housing security system has experienced three historical stages which are the type of welfare reform、the exploration period and the improvement period after the establishment of the socialist market economy.During thetime of welfare,the government implemented the housing sub-unified distribution system,but this system ended with the cancellation of the planned economy;In the exploration of the reform period,the country has taken a first step in the commercialization of housing;Under the conditions of the socialist market economy,China has established the housing security system which was consist of a provident fund,affordable housing and low-rent housing.This paper aims to sort out history venation which new China urban housing security system in six decades evolved,and then analyzes the operational issues in the various periods of housing security system in order for the reference of the forthcoming of"Housing Security Law".

Professional practices of social work are vital to the cultivation of professional techniques and professional values for social work students.Based on a case study on a social work office in Beijing by participant observation and in-depth interviews for three months.the paper shows the adaptation and progress of the trainees,the conflicts between the social work office and the trainees,in emic views, which the four college students of social work have gone through during the period of professional practices.Finally,the research also reflects on the typicality of the case study,the angle of the research and the relationship between the researcher and the trainee of the social work office.
