Abstract: In the process of summarizing the modern history of China about the various constitutional practical experiences, Mao Zedong gradually formed the scientific concept of constitutionalism on the basis of referring to foreign concept of constitution, and used this concept to guide the creation of China's first socialist constitution, which made China's constitution embark on the correct development path. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th, in the process of leading the formulation and implementing of constitution, several generations of the Party's leadership collective have been inheriting and renewing this scientific concept of constitution. In the great process of the leadership of the Party which administrates the country in accordance with the constitution, to develop Mao Zedong's scientific concept of constitution still has an important value.

Abstract: The "Grue" paradox caused all sorts of doctrines when it propounded by Goodman. Some scholars equated the "Grue" paradox with the new riddle of induction in a sense. Based on multi-angle of analysis, this article revealed that the "Grue" paradox is not puzzling. The "Grue" paradox cannot express the new riddle of induction theory's rich connotation completely.

Abstract: The phenomenon which was criticized in the speech of C.P. Snow in 50 years ago hasn't gotten radical change. Looking back to the evolutional track of scientific culture and humanistic culture — the two main existing form of culture, and reviewing the complex reasons coursing disharmony of the two culture and even separating the phenomenon on some important problems, to show that the existence of the phenomenon is a mistake of human awareness and development, which has made human pay an enormous price and lead a widespread declining of Humanity quality and creative ability. In this paper, it is thought that from the mutual conflict to understanding, referring to each other and finally amalgamation of the two cultures, especially promoting general education, will be both a trend of humanity development and foundation of practicing the concept of scientific development.

Abstract: Based on the analysis and discussion of the poems about numbers of females in the "Book of Odes", this article thinks there is much difference about the beautiful women's demands between in the pre-Qin times and the later tradition society. The tall and fit women are regarded as the most beautiful and the most popular women. In addition, it also describes the difference between men and women are not obvious. As long as tall, fit, and bright eyes, both men and women are beautiful. This kind of beauty concept is concerned with the request of female to live and nurture many children in the patriarchal society in order to make the family to multiply and strong.

Abstract: After the Northern Wei was divided into two parts, due to the long separation, the geographical groups caused a deep barrier. This barrier still existed after the fall of the Northern Qi Dynasty. Northern Zhou, Sui and early Tang rulers had to try to eliminate the historical barrier and then join forces to build a new empire. This paper makes Dong Jin's Epitaph as the clues, and tries to outline the state of mind of Shandong Gentry, and the efforts made by the ruling group for eliminating barrier.

Abstract: Mr. Zhang Shunhui was a modern well-known Chinese historian and philologist in the 20th century, but also was one of the famous scholars in the research field about "Shi Tong". His monograph, "Shi Tong Ping Yee", was more abundant than the previous works in content. He placed "Shi Tong" in the path of the evolution of China's ancient history among the highly critical nature of the history river; and to praised and gave its essence, not hold the protection attitude of its short, fair evaluation of pros and cons on Liu Zhiji's historical criticism.

Abstract: Ancient Chinese novels are very unique in the ancient literature, which reflect not only in the type and form of the text, but also in people's attitudes and understanding of the novel. Since the first use of "novel" in the "Zhuang Zi", the "novel" has different connotations with changing times, which obviously comes from different understanding and attitudes of the people in different ages. The concept of the novel in "Han ? Art and Literature" by Ban Gu and "History" by Liu Zhiji is regarded as the representative and occupies a position of mainstream discourse. However the idea that the novel is the game is stubbornly persisted, and eventually modern Chinese novel occurs.

Abstract: Italian verism, of which the representatives were Capuana and Verga, was a literary school close to French naturalism. Although verism was born of naturalism, between the theories and poetic practices of Capuana and Verga and those of naturalist literature, there were a great difference which came from different styles of the writers and different cultural contexts of verism and naturalism.

Abstract: Our law does not specify the rights and obligations of the subject of network management, and the legal responsibilities of the supervision subject of network public opinion and technology management, which has seriously affected and restricted the work of guiding network public opinion. We must play the advantages of network public opinion to make the work of guiding network public opinion becomes an institutional response because only the guidance of network public opinion authorized by law has the authority. To establish guiding responsibility mechanism, accountability mechanisms and linkage mechanism and to specific the rights and obligations of government functional departments, service providers of the network access, Web sites and Internet users in the guidance of network public opinion will radically solve the legal difficulties and improve the scientific and validity of the guidance of network public opinion.
