返乡创业

从2024年开始，山东实施“创业齐鲁”三年行动，《山东省“创业齐鲁”行动方案（2024-2026年）》提出到2026年，全省扶持创业30万人以上，带动就业80万人以上。引导外出人才返乡、城市人才下乡创业，新建和提升改造一批返乡入乡创业园区。

Shandong province has implemented the “Entrepreneurial Qilu” three-year action plan since 2024. The Shandong Entrepreneurial Qilu Action Plan （2024-2026） proposes that by 2026， the province will support entrepreneurship for more than 300，000 people， creating over 800，000 jobs. The plan also encourages talents to return to their hometowns and urban talents to start businesses in rural areas. A batch of entrepreneurship parks for returnees will be built and upgraded.
