ABSTRACT As a new antimicrobial material, nano-silver dressing has been widely used in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) wounds in recent years.It not only has achieved a satisfactory effect in promoting the healing of DFU, but also has the advantages in controlling wound infection,relieving pain and reducing the frequency of dressing change.In this review, the principle,efficacy and safety of DFU wound healing were reviewed, and the future research directions were prospected.
