Abstract:General Secretary Xi Jinping’s discussion on building a community with a shared future in cyberspace is based on the difficult problems of cyberspace governance and the practical needs of the reform of the international governance system. In cyberspace, build a multilateral, democratic and transparent global Internet governance system. The direct source of the idea of a community with a shared future in cyberspace is the idea of a community with a shared future for mankind, which echoes the idea of international relations and the global governance concept of co-construction and sharing. It is a new concept and new idea for the international cyberspace governance system. Analyzing the background, main connotation and contemporary value of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s discourse on building a community of shared future in cyberspace is not only beneficial to the study of the CPC’s cyberspace governance thought, but also provides a practical reference for promoting the reform of the international cyberspace governance system.

(SchoolofPublicAdministrationandLaw,NortheastAgriculturalUniversity,Harbin150030)

Abstract:Digital technology has promoted the in-depth reform of deliberative democracy. While digital technology provides a strong impetus for deliberative democracy's “extensive, multi-layered and institutionalized development”, it also makes deliberative democracy face the following potential risks: group polarization caused by information cocoons, game imbalance caused by digital gap, public opinion distortion caused by algorithmic bias, and democratic distortion caused by manipulation of public opinion. The predicament of the rule of law that these risks may cause is the erosion of the humanistic spirit by the alienation of technology, the dissolution of the public will by the generalization of power, and the departure from the goal of the rule of law by the virtualization of rights, so that the deliberative democracy system violates its original design intention. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the rule of law development direction of deliberative democracy by setting a reasonable concept of the rule of law, improving the strategy of legal regulation, and cultivating the spirit of digital citizenship.

Abstract:In the previous research, the relationship between Marx and Schelling was considered to be absolutely opposite, but a dialectical logic comparison was used to study Marx’s criticism of Hegel in Manuscripts of Economics and Philosophy in 1844 and Schelling’s Economics and Philosophy Manuscripts The criticism of Hegel in the History of Modern Philosophy shows that there are both essential differences and similarities in the thinking of the two men. On the one hand, the difference between the two is reflected in the theoretical background, philosophical stand, the goal of philosophy and the bullseye of criticism; Both affirmed and criticized Hegel’s pure concept invariably, pointed out the difficulty of Hegel’s logic in transitioning to natural philosophy, and presented the relationship of commonality and logical continuation in the questioning of the subject. A comparative study of the philosophical thoughts of Marx and Schelling not only helps us grasp the influence of Schelling’s thought on Marx’s philosophy, but also helps us re-understand the ideological connection between Hegel, Schelling, Feuerbach and Marx.

Abstract: Some studies shows that the collectivism concept of contemporary college students is weakening while the individualism concept is increasing. But there may be a more complex mechanism behind this appearance. The results of investigation show that: (1) When dealing with the relationship between individual and collective, especially the conflict between individual and collective interests, college students will make rational decisions according to different conditions and situations, thus showing different degrees of collectivism or individualism tendency.(2) When college students face conflicts between collective interests and individual interests, the factor of collective size does not affect their decision-making tendency, but three factors, namely, membership relationship, nature of collective interests, and consequence of individual sacrifice, can significantly affect their decision-making tendency.(3) When collective interests can be realized and individuals can play a significant role in the realization of collective interests, college students will show a strong desire to make efforts or make sacrifices for the realization of collective interests. If these two conditions are not fully met, their desire will be greatly diminished or even disappeared.
