双一流学科背景下3D可视化+案例视角驱动模具专业课堂教学模式的应用

摘  要:為了加速推进高校学科接轨世界大学的教学模式,培养工匠精神的高技能人才,掌握先进制造技术,提升国家制造业水平,解决制造业核心技术迫在眉睫。基于中国制造2025提出“创新驱动、质量为先、结构优化、人才为本”的基本方针,国家提出了高校建设世界一流学科的发展目标。建设世界一流大学学科归根结底是本科课堂教学质量的提高,我国目前课堂教学模式已不适应新时代人才发展模式的需求,通过创新课堂教学模式来提升人才质量将成为驱动人才的根本策略。将可视化3D新技术和案例数据库引入课堂教学模式,实现课堂思维可视化与教学可视化融合,推进课堂教学与企业需求相结合动态创新发展,以企业最前沿问题为导向,教师引导,旨在增强学生以理论知识解决实际问题为目标,从而提高学生课程兴趣及课程教学质量;同时帮助企业解决实际技术问题或提出新理论、新工艺和新技术,这为高等院校模具专业课程教学模式创新和改革以及产学研结合提供借鉴。

Abstract: In order to speed up the teaching mode of integrating the disciplines of colleges and universities into the world university, cultivate the high-skilled talents with artisan spirit, master advanced manufacturing technology, and improve the level of national manufacturing industry, it is extremely urgent to solve the core technology of manufacturing industry. Therefore, based on the basic policy of "innovation-driven, quality first, structure optimization and talent oriented" proposed by Made in China 2025, the state proposes the development goal of building universities into world-class disciplines. In the final analysis, the construction of a world-class major discipline is the improvement of the quality of undergraduate classroom teaching. The current classroom teaching mode in China does not meet the needs of the talent development mode in the new era. To improve the quality of talents through innovative classroom teaching mode will become the fundamental strategy to drive talents. The case database and visualization of 3D technology added in the classroom teaching mode can integrate visualization between the classroom teaching and thinking, promote dynamic development of the innovation in classroom teaching combined with needs of enterprises, and with the enterprise forefront problem oriented, teachers' guidance, it can enhance students with theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems as the goal, improving students' interest and course teaching quality; At the same time, it can help enterprises to solve practical technical problems or put forward new theories, new processes and new technologies, which can provide reference for the innovation and reform of the teaching mode of mould major in colleges and universities as well as the combination of production, study and research.
