该住宅距离圣保罗市120 公里处，位于一个有高尔夫球场的封闭式社区中，周围植被茂盛。住宅场地朝北，可以俯瞰高尔夫球场。四周都有建筑限制。

该项目要求在明确划定的空间内划分三个明显不同的公共区域：厨房、电视室和游戏室。解决方案是一层有三个支点或“腿”，连接非常开放的区域：餐厅和客厅，两者都有不间断的交叉视野，可以看到高尔夫球场和房子周围的地面。

The house is located 120 kilometers from the city of Sāo Paulo,in a gated community with a golf course,surrounded by lush vegetation.The lot has northern exposure and looks over the golf course.There are construction restrictions along all four sides.

The program called for three sharply differentiated public areas in clearly delimited spaces:the kitchen,the TV room,and the games rooms.The solution is a ground floor with three supports or“legs”articulating very open areas:the dining room and living room,both with uninterrupted,intercrossing vistas of both the golf course and the grounds surrounding the house.

位于上层的三个支撑物上是私密区域，可以俯瞰高尔夫球场的北面。支架和上部体块被漆成镀金色调，呈铜色。室内的上下两层都漆成米色。

为了便于流通和保持内部的统一，除了餐厅、草坪和游泳池的家具外，大多数设备和家具都与建筑完全融为一体。

On the upper floor,which rests on the three supports,are the private areas,with views looking northward over the golf course.The supports and the upper volume are painted in gilded tones with a coppery patina.The interiors are painted beige on both the upper and lower levels.

In order to facilitate circulation and maintain unity on the inside,most of the equipment and furnishings are fully integrated with the construction,except for the dining room set and the lawn and pool furniture.
