复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛的效果评价

摘 要 目的：探討复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛的效果。方法：选择2019年10月至2020年9月江西省丰城市人民医院收治的混合痔患者62例。按照随机数字表对照法分为两组，每组31例。对照组采用常规术后换药、高锰酸钾熏蒸和坐浴。观察组采用复方荆芥熏洗剂10 g经1 500 mL热水稀释后，熏蒸5 min后再坐浴10 min。两组均为2次/d。采用视觉模拟（VAS）评分评价患者疼痛情况，观察水肿情况、水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间、并发症和疗效。结果：观察组术后1 d、3 d、5 d的VAS评分以及水肿程度评分均低于同时期对照组（P<0.05）。观察组水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间均早于对照组（P<0.05），并发症总发生率为6.45%，低于对照组的32.26%（P<0.05）。观察组总有效率为87.10%，高于对照组的54.84%（P<0.05）。结论：复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗混合痔术后疼痛效果明显，可以减轻疼痛，缓解水肿，利于水肿消退、创面愈合，疗效较好，而且并发症较少。

Evaluation of the effect of compound jingmustard fumigation lotion in treating postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of compound jingmustard fumigation lotion in treating postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods： Sixty-two patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in Fengcheng Peoples Hospital of Jiangxi Province from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected， and according to the random number table control method， divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine postoperative dressing change， potassium permanganate fumigation and hip bath. The observation group used 10 g of compound jingmustard fumigation lotion diluted with 1500 ml of hot water， fumigated for 5 minutes， and then bathed for 10 minutes. Visual analogue scale（VAS） was used to evaluate the pain of patients， and the edema condition， edema regression time， wound healing time， complications and curative effect were observed. Results： The VAS score and edema degree score in the observation group at 1， 3 and 5 days after operation were lower than those in the control group at the same time（P<0.05）. The edema regression time and wound healing time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group（P<0.05）， and the overall incidence of complications was 6.45% in the observation group， which was lower than 32.26% in the control group（P<0.05）. The total effective rate was 87.10% in the observation group， which was higher than 54.84% in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Compound jingmustard fumigation lotion has obvious effect in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids， which can reduce pain and edema， is conducive to edema regression and wound healing， and has good curative effect and less complications.
