新工科视域下基于医工跨界融合的智能医学工程专业人才培养体系探索

摘 要:随着智能技术的蓬勃发展,致力于探索智能技术应用于医学领域的智能医学工程专业应运而生,如何利用智能技术探索人类生命和疾病现象的本质及其规律成为医学领域的热点研究及应用方向。本文结合智能医学的本质特征,从培养目标、课程设置、教师能力和课程实践四个方面,构建“人工智能+医学”背景下智能医学工程专业人才培养体系,契合应用技术型人才培养需求,能够更好地促进智能医学应用技术型人才的培养质量。

Abstract:With the vigorous development of intelligent technology,the intelligent medical engineering specialty dedicated to exploring the application of intelligent technology in the medical field has emerged at the right moment.How to use intelligent technology to explore the nature and rules of human life and disease phenomenon has become a hot research and application direction in the medical field.According to the nature of intelligent medical,from training target,courses,teachers' ability and curriculum practice four aspects that build under the background of "AI+Medical" intelligent medical engineering personnel training system,fit the application technical personnel training requirements,to better promote the medical application of intelligence technology talents training quality.

教育部于2017年提出要將新工科建设作为新时期国家推进高等教育改革的新战略。同时,钟登华院士指出了新工科应该具有的内涵及特征,并且对如何建设新工科提出了建议。教育部又于2018年印发了《高等学校人工智能创新行动计划》。《健康中国2030》规划纲要中明确提出要以提高人民健康水平为核心,以体制机制改革创新为动力,全方位、全周期保障人民健康,开启了我国智能医学发展的新时代。
