不同重金属离子影响下番茄种子的萌发及幼苗生长研究

摘 要:以番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)種子为试验材料,研究在不同重金属离子(镉、锌)影响下,番茄种子萌发过程中的发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、根长等变化情况,并探讨了镉(Cd)、锌(Zn)、镉+锌(Cd+Zn)对番茄种子的毒性效应。结果表明:随着重金属处理浓度的增加,番茄种子的发芽率、发芽势、根长、芽长、苗长和活力指数均显著下降,差异显著。锌、镉以及锌+镉混合处理均对番茄种子的萌发起到了有效的抑制作用。研究结果对重金属污染土壤中番茄种子的萌发和定植具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Effects of Different Heavy Metal Ions on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Solanum lycopersicum

Abstract: Solanum lycopersicum seeds were used as the materials in this experiment, and the changes of germination vigor, germination percentage, vigor index and root length were recorded during the germination of seeds under the influence of different heavy metal ions Cd(superscript 2+) and Zn (superscript 2+) . The toxic effects of Zn (superscript 2+), Cd(superscript 2+) and Zn+Cd (superscript 2+) on seeds were investigated. The results showed that the germination rate, germination potential, root length, shoot length, seedling length and vigor index of solanum lycopersicum seeds decreased significantly with the increase of heavy metal concentration. Zn (superscript 2+), Cd(superscript 2+) and Zn+Cd (superscript 2+) could inhibit the germination of seeds effectively. The study has important theoretical and practical significance for seed germination and colonization of Solanum lycopersicum in heavy metal contaminated soil.
