高校教师在提高职业道德修养基础上培养学生的创新能力

摘 要:高校教师应在职业道德修养方面不断提升自己,更应担负起高校教师该有的使命与责任。高校教师应从自己培养的学生中取样总结,分析职业道德修养的提高对当代大学生的影响程度,再反馈到自身,继续发现自己职业道德修养中的不足,有针对性地提升自身的职业道德修养;高校教师要培养自己良好的师德观,要在跟学生交流过程中养成宽厚的心胸,同时高校教师要在社会生活细节方面严格要求自己;在提升职业道德修养方面各高校应有合理的培育方式;较高职业道德修养的高校教师为提升学生的创新能力,应对传统教学方法进行不断地改良与优化,可在传统课程授课的基础上创建虚拟仿真实验平台,使学生在传统理论学习的基础上,利用仿真实验平台来直观学习传统教学中比较抽象的理论知识;也可采用产学研结合模式与学生科研创新能力培养模式协同发展的方式来提升学生的创新能力。

Abstract: College teachers should continuously improve themselves in terms of professional ethics, and should shoulder the mission and responsibilities of college teachers. College teachers should sample and summarize from the students they have cultivated, analyze the impact of the improvement of professional ethics on contemporary college students, and then feedback to themselves, continue to discover the deficiencies in their professional ethics, and improve their professional ethics in a targeted manner. Teachers in colleges and universities must cultivate their own good teacher ethics and develop a generous mind in the process of communicating with students. At the same time, college teachers must strictly demand themselves in the details of social life; colleges and universities should have reasonable cultivation in improving professional ethics. In order to improve students' innovative ability, college teachers with higher professional ethics can respond to the continuous improvement and optimization of traditional teaching methods. They can create a virtual simulation experiment platform on the basis of traditional courses, so that students can learn from traditional theory. The simulation experiment platform is used to intuitively learn the relatively abstract theoretical knowledge in traditional teaching; it is also possible to use the mode of combining production, teaching and research and the collaborative development of the student's research and innovation ability training mode to enhance students' innovation ability.

身為高校教师,就应该担负起高校教师应该有的使命与责任,并从自己日益积累的教学实践中提升自身的职业道德修养。高校教师不同于其他阶段的教师,高校教师培养的都是经历并通过高考的大学生,该类学生有高于社会平均水平的知识储备,有比较好的理解并掌握知识的能力,但是他们的思想相对比较单纯,社会经验欠缺,世界观、认识观、价值观尚未完全成型,所以高校教师应该帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。在帮助他们树立正确的三观之前,教师应该首先提升自身的职业道德修养,打造好高校教师本身的世界观、人生观、价值观[1]。这样才能在较高职业道德修养的高度上来教育大学生。教师只有先使自己的灵魂纯洁,才能以高尚的品格去熏陶学生的心灵,最终培养出优秀的大学生。无愧于高校教师的称呼,才是教师职业道德社会价值的体现[2]。
