中式烹饪方法多种多样,炒、炸、蒸、煮、炖、焖、煎、烤,一份简单的食材,在不同的烹饪方法下,都会产生不同的风味。

01. 腌泡,浸泡

05. 烤

A properly baked cake is tender. 用適当方式烤出来的蛋糕应该是很嫩的。

The breast can be cut into portions for grilling. 胸脯肉可以切成小块烧烤。
