9月14日，第28屆北京国际图书博览会（简称“图博会”）在北京开幕。来自105个国家和地区约2200家展商参展，其中，“一带一路”沿线国家和地区达57个，展出全球精品图书达30万种。本届图博会采取线下展会为主、网上平台配套、线上线下结合的方式举办，成为全球疫情下首个恢复线上线下结合办展的重要大型国际书展。

On September 14， the 28th Beijing International Book Fair （BIBF） opened in Beijing. Out of the 2，200 exhibitors from 105 countries and regions， the ones from 57 countries and regions along the Belt and Road presented 300，000 high-quality books. The offline exhibition was the main part of this year's BIBF， which was supported by an online platform. It was the first important large international book fair held online and offline after the breakout of COVID-19.
