穿越时空的蓉欧对话

“好一朵茉莉花，满园花开香也香不过它。”“Che bella cosa e’na jurnata’e sole， n’aria serena doppo na tempesta！（多么辉煌，那灿烂的阳光，暴风雨过去后，天空多晴朗！）”……9月17日，中意文化交流城市会客厅中心广场上，意大利歌手惜娅（Alessia Raisi）分别与成都童声合唱团、中国歌手唐翰章联袂演绎的中意经典歌曲《茉莉花》《我的太阳》拉开了“2021成都·欧洲文化季”的帷幕。

由成都市人民政府外事办公室联合德国、西班牙、意大利、波兰、英国、法国、奥地利、荷兰、捷克、匈牙利等欧洲国家驻蓉驻渝总领事馆，以及成都友好合作关系城市意大利博洛尼亚，将带来艺术展、音乐会、线上论坛、“云”游博物馆等10余场极具特色的文化活动。本届文化季将持续到2022年1月，在全球疫情持续蔓延的当下，市民不出国门，就能观赏到欧洲文化的精粹。

源远流长的文化交流

“成都的主街道很宽，用砂岩板铺得整整齐齐。街道上虽熙熙攘攘，但人们却不推推搡搡，显得井然有序。”100年前，来自德国的弗瑞兹·魏司夫妇在中国西南地区游历的日记中这样描述了对成都的喜爱。

魏司夫妇还用“镜头”记录下大量关于四川、重庆、云南等地弥足珍贵的瞬间，再现包括纤夫、船家、商贩等百姓的生活。

100年后的今天，中国实现了前所未有的快速发展，创造了令人瞩目的“东方经济奇迹”。德国知名摄影师托尔思藤·舒曼、中國资深摄影师张晓等中德艺术家沿着魏司夫妇作品的脉络，通过实地拍摄与创作，再次用镜头记录天府之国、大美西南。如今，两代人的摄影作品以一场跨越百年时空的艺术对话，展现了中国西南地区的百年变迁;通过历史与现代的同台演绎，体现了中德文化交流的源远流长。

用色彩对话历史，用艺术共叙友谊。走进都江堰，意大利20位最具潜力的新生代插画家展出的80幅作品，通过精湛的技巧、有趣的人物和诗意的视角为观众打开了一扇又一扇想象之门。来自都江堰市永丰小学的小小画家们，用他们充满童真的画笔，以家乡的大熊猫为主题创作图画，对话意大利插画大师。

还有西班牙文化遗产保护展呈现了与藏族编织、羌族挑花刺绣等中国非物质文化遗产元素的融合;中国、奥地利优秀青年音乐家合作演绎中奥等国名家作品，以音乐为桥，传递对中奥友谊的祝福;意大利70余位摄影大师，以图像为媒，记录和讲述了意大利160多年间的历史变迁和风土人情……一场场视听盛宴，体现了以文化交流增进交融、友谊的永恒旋律。

蓉欧文化合作新机遇

丰富多彩的欧洲文化季活动彰显出蓉欧交流与合作的斐然成绩。截至2021年9月，8个欧洲国家获批在蓉设立领事机构，42个欧洲城市与成都结好;中法、中德、中意国别园区与中国—欧洲中心等对欧合作载体平台聚集优势进一步彰显;直飞欧洲客货运航线和中欧班列将成都与欧洲各国紧密相连。

展望未来，文化产业的创新发展、转型升级也诞生了新的机遇。

中英博物馆及文化遗产机构携手，通过线上论坛和“云”游观展，共同探讨在全球疫情防控常态化背景下，博物馆及文化遗产机构面向未来应对多重挑战，扩大交流、加强合作，推动文化遗产的可持续发展。

本次欧洲文化季，成都首次发布蓉欧文化交流合作机会清单，包括四川天府新区、成都高新区等16个区（市）县和希腊、芬兰、意大利等8个欧洲国家驻华使领馆推荐的84个文化交流合作项目。其中，成都合作机会49条，包括中国-欧洲中心、中意文化交流城市会客厅、少城视井文创产业园、成都文创周、蓉欧经典之夜系列文化活动、零碳生活社区等合作项目，涉及文化交流活动、文创产业服务平台、文创项目建设、文艺展演等合作类型。欧洲合作机会35条，包括希腊奥运主题展、芬兰摄影展、法语活动月、英国V&A博物馆综合项目、荷兰最美图书设计展、匈牙利当代艺术展、意大利“2022中意文化和旅游年”相关活动等文化交流推广项目。

通过机会清单的双向发布，蓉欧双方希望形成常态化信息共享平台，充分挖掘成都和欧洲文化艺术领域的交流需求及相关信息，促成两地的文化艺术部门、相关机构、优秀艺术家开展更多惠及双方民众的务实合作。

“What a jasmine flower！ Among all sorts of flowers blooming all over the garden she smells the sweetest.” “Che bella cosa e’na jurnata’e sole， n’aria serena doppo na tempesta！” On September 17， the Italian singer Alessia Raisi performed the classic Chinese song “Jasmine” with the Chengdu Children’s Choir and Italian song “O Sole Mio” with Chinese singer Tang Hanzhang in the central plaza of the Sino-Italian Cultural Exchange City Reception Center， lifting the curtain of Chengdu Europe Culture Season 2021.

More than 10 distinctive cultural activities like art exhibitions， concerts， online forums， and online visits to museums will be staged by the Chengdu Office of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs， together with the consulates general of Germany， Spain， Italy， Poland， the UK， France， Austria， the Netherlands， the Czech Republic， Hungary and other European countries in Chengdu and Chongqing， as well as Chengdu’s sister city of Bologna in Italy. This culture season， which will last until January 2022， allows residents to enjoy the splendid European culture without going abroad as the COVID-19 pandemic sweeps across the globe.

意大利驻华大使方澜意：文化是意中双边合作最重要的领域之一。意大利和中国是拥有世界遗产总数最多的两个国家，其总数共达到114处。后疫情时代，文化活动率先得到恢复，其中，展览“拉斐尔的艺术·不可能的相遇”2020年夏天在成都启幕。相信本届活动将作为意大利與成都、四川深度合作的序曲，为“2022中意文化和旅游年”奠定基石。

Luca Ferrari， Italian Ambassador to China： Culture is one of the most important areas of bilateral cooperation between Italy and China. Italy and China have the largest number of world heritage sites， with a total of 114 sites. In the post-pandemic era， cultural activities were the first to resume. Among them， the exhibition “The Art of Raffaello： Opera Omnia” opened in Chengdu in the summer of 2020. This culture season is expected to mark the beginning of in-depth cooperation between Italy and Chengdu and Sichuan， laying a foundation for the China-Italy Year of Culture and Tourism 2022.
