Abstract:The hundred years of suffering and glory have promoted the historical generation of the concept of ruling the party by the Communist Party of China system. Ruling the party with the centennial system of the Communist Party of China has roughly gone through four stages: the preliminary exploration in the period of the new democratic revolution, the establishment and formation of the period of socialist revolution and construction, the gradual maturity in the period of reform and opening up, and the new development since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In terms of system supply, consciously respecting the system and system force, we have formed the basic experience of building a complete system of inner-party laws and regulations, emphasizing that the vitality of laws and regulations lies in the implementation and improvement of the inner-party power operation and supervision mechanism, which is of great value and significance for improving the quality of party construction in the new era and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Abstract: Xi Jinping’s important exposition of “supporting ambition and wisdom” is an important part of Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics. It is not only the latest theoretical achievement of anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics, but also the inheritance and development of Marx’s theory of anti-poverty. This important exposition fully embodies the value concept of taking the people as the center. The core content of the people’s subject thought of the important exposition of “supporting ambition and wisdom” is the spiritual poverty alleviation, the support of both ambition and wisdom, and the common prosperity of material and spirit. It has important theoretical value and practical significance in the development of Marxist anti-poverty theoretical system, the anti-poverty cause of the Communist Party of China and the history of world anti-poverty.

Abstract:The development of information society has greatly expanded the space for the exploration and utilization of personal information. The era value and right attribute of personal information are becoming more and more prominent, and the protection of personal information has become more and more important. However, personal information itself has a certain complexity. When information sharing becomes the norm, it is difficult to avoid coupling with data and government information, which makes personal information protection a “phenomenal” problem. China’s “The Civil Code” responds to the protection of personal information in the information society, defines the connotation of personal information, the principle of processing personal information, the right of information self-determination of information subject, the responsibility of information controller, etc., and forms a more systematic protection of personal information, which is of certain progressive significance. In the future, the research on personal information protection should be more in-depth and refined, and the “Personal Information Protection Law” should be issued as soon as possible to protect personal information comprehensively and systematically.

Abstract: In recent two years, the Heilongjiang literary theory front has thoroughly implemented the important instructions of general secretary Xi Jinping on literary and artistic work, carried out the mission of the times, seized the times’ changes, captured important events in reality, devoted themselves to great social practice. It has focused on the history and reality of the sinicization of Marxist literary theory, the innovation and localization of feminist literary theory, the deepening and expansion of the research of ancient literary theory, the rereading and reinterpretation of western literary theory, the return and innovation of aesthetic research, the reflection and reconstruction of literary theory, and promoted the construction of literary theory system with Chinese characteristics.
