探讨人性化护理管理在护理管理中的应用价值

[摘要] 目的 探究人性化护理管理在护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年6月—2018年7月作为对照阶段、2018年8月—2019年6月为研究阶段,在两个阶段内各随机抽选出40名护理人员参与该次研究,在对照组阶段未开展人性化护理管理,而研究阶段则开展人性化护理管理,对比两组护理人员工作压力、管理依从性、管理满意度、工作幸福感、焦虑程度、SF-36评分以及护理操作评分、护理理论评分、护理质量评分。结果 开展人性化护理管理后,护理人员工作压力降低、工作幸福感升高、焦虑评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员护理操作能力、理论成绩、护理质量评分均大大提高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人性化护理在护理管理中具有较高的应用价值,能够保证护理管理质量,是护理管理发展重要趋势,值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management. Methods Choose the period from June 2017 to July 2018 as the control phase, and the period from August 2018 to June 2019 as the research phase. In both phases, 40 nurses were randomly selected to participate in the study. Humanized nursing management was not carried out in the group stage, while humanized nursing management was carried out in the research stage. The work pressure, management satisfaction, management compliance, job well-being, anxiety level, SF-36 score, nursing operation score, nursing theory score, nursing quality score of the two groups were compared. Results After carrying out the humanized nursing management, the nursing staff's work pressure was reduced, the sense of happiness at work was increased, and the anxiety score was significantly reduced. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The nursing operation ability, theoretical performance and nursing quality scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were greatly improved; compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing has high application value in nursing management. It can ensure the quality of nursing management. It is an important trend in the development of nursing management and is worthy of promotion.

近年來,随着人们的生活质量不断提高,人们对于护理工作的要求也愈发严格。目前“重医轻护”的社会风气仍时有发生,护理人员的工作往往无法取得患者及其家属的认可与信赖,不仅使得护患双方关系紧张,而且还会导致护理人员的工作积极性大大降低。随着我国医疗技术不断发展进步,人性化护理模式的引入不仅给患者护理带去希望,同时也对护理人员的工作也产生一定影响。人性化护理管理是“以人为中心”的护理理念,重视人作为独立的个体,尊重其自身发展需求[1]。通过对护理人员实施人性化护理管理,能够在保证基础护理效果的同时,进一步提高护理人员的工作积极性,全面提高护理质量。该文中于2018年8月—2019年6月进行人性化护理管理,对其在40名护理人员中的应用效果进行分析总结,现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
以2017年6月—2018年7月为对照阶段,2018年8月—2019年6月为研究阶段,两阶段各随机抽取40名护士,将前者视为对照组、后者视为观察组,分别开展常规护理管理和人性化护理管理模式。所有护理人员均知晓并自愿参与该次研究,该次研究内容取得医学伦理委员会许可。
