风险评估管理对老年高血压患者的应用价值

[摘要] 目的 探究风险评估管理对老年高血压患者的应用价值。方法 选取2018年1—12月期间收入该院治疗的98例高血压患者为例，均分为对照组（n=49）、观察组（n=49），对照组实施常规护理管理，观察组在对照组的基础上加以风险评估管理，对比两组不良事件的发生情况以及护理满意度。结果 通过对高血压患者实施风险评估管理，观察组患者跌倒、压疮、管道打结的总发生几率为2.04%，显著低于对照组患者跌倒、压疮、管道打结总不良事件的发生几率14.28%，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者对临床护士的服务态度、技术水平、护理质量评分分别为（82.15±6.14）分、（83.58±6.58）分、（81.57±7.48）分，均高于对照组服务态度、技术水平、护理质量评分（73.35±5.36）分、（74.25±6.74）分、（72.87±6.47）分，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对老年高血压患者实施风险评估管理，可根据评估风险级别，实施相应的管理措施，有效预防患者发生跌倒、压疮、管道打结等不良事件的发生，从而有效提高护理满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of risk assessment management in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 98 cases of hypertension patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as examples， and were divided into control group（n=49） and observation group（n=49）. The control group adopted routine nursing management， the observation group based on the risk control management of the control group， the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results By implementing risk assessment management for hypertension patients， the total incidence of falls， pressure ulcers， and tube knots in the observation group was 2.04%， which was significantly lower than the total adverse events of falls， pressure ulcers， and tube knots probability in the control group was 14.28%， and the difference between the groups was satistically significant（P<0.05）. The observation group's service attitude， technical level， and quality of care scores for clinical nurses were （82.15±6.14）points， （83.58±6.58）points， and（81.57±7.48）points， which were higher than the control group's service attitude， technical level， nursing quality scores were （73.35±5.36）points， （74.25±6.74）points， and （72.87±6.47）points. There were satistically significant differences between groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of risk assessment management for elderly patients with hypertension can implement corresponding management measures according to the assessed risk level， which can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events such as falls， pressure ulcers， and tube knots in patients.

近幾年来，随着人们生活习惯的改变，心血管疾病的发病率居高不下。尤其是高血压一类疾病，易引发脑出血，严重影响患者的生命安全[1]。该疾病的发病因素尚不明确，可能与气候、情绪、生活习惯等有关。随着护理学科的不断发展，与以往的护理水平相比较，有着很大的提高，但是由于部分护理人员的经验不足，临床护理中仍存在较多的安全隐患，为患者带来疾病意外的痛苦。因此实施有效的管理显得尤为重要。据研究表明，风险评估管理应用在老年高血压患者的护理管理中取得良好的应用效果。为此，该文选取2018年1—12月收治入院的98例患者，针对风险评估管理对老年高血压患者的应用价值进行深入研究，现报道如下。
