体验式分娩教学模式对实习护理人员认知水平及教学效果的影响

【摘 要】 目的:探讨体验式分娩教学模式对实习护理人员认知水平及教学效果的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年2月于我院产科实习的54名护理人员,将其按随机数字法分为两组,设为对照组和观察组,各27名。对照组传统教学,观察组采用体验式分娩教学模式。观察比较两组实习人员认知水平,批判性思维及教学效果。结果:实习前两组认知水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习结束后观察组认知水平评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实习前两组批判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实习结束后观察组CTDI-CV评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组情景模拟和理论考核评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体验式分娩教学模式可有效提高实习护理人员的认知水平,让其批判性思维得到锻炼,最终教学效果显著优于传统教学,对实习人员能力提高具有重要作用,值得临床推荐。

The influence of experiential delivery teaching mode on the cognitive level and teaching effect of the practical nurses

Abstract Objective: To explore the influence of experiential delivery teaching mode on the cognitive level and teaching effect of the practical nurses. Methods: a total of 54 nurses who practiced in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 27 in each group. The traditional teaching mode of the control group and the experimental delivery mode of the observation group were used. The cognitive level, critical thinking and teaching effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before practice (P > 0.05). After practice, the cognitive level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of ctdi-cv between the two groups before practice (P > 0.05). Ctdi-cv score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of scene simulation and theoretical assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the experiential delivery teaching mode can effectively improve the cognitive level of the nurses and their critical thinking. The final teaching effect is significantly better than the traditional teaching, which plays an important role in improving the ability of the nurses and is worthy of clinical recommendation.

妇产科为临床四大重要学科之一,其中产科多数产妇为青年妇女,但其分娩过程中有大量能量消耗、失血及伴有焦虑情绪,产后产妇体质虚弱使其抵抗力下降,细菌感染率增加[1]。故產科学习对产妇分娩具有重要作用,是提升实习护理人员专业技术水平的重要方法。提高实习人员更好掌握分娩学习并提高效果,高效的教育模式为临床研究热点[2]。体验式分娩教学模式通过情景模拟让实习人员更好掌握分娩相关知识,为其提供较好临床应用。为此,本研究探讨了体验式分娩教学模式对实习护理人员认知水平及教学效果的影响,研究如下。
