中学体育田径教学的安全问题研究

摘  要：為了全面提升青少年的身体素质，我国对中学体育教学高度重视，其中田径教学作为中学体育教学的重要模块，其安全问题是不可忽视的。本文对中学体育田径教学的安全问题进行了分析，并立足于中学体育田径教学现状，从提升教师教学素质、健全安全保障机制、优化田径课程内容、明确安全教育标准等方面对中学体育田径教学提出了相关安全实施对策，希望能够有效改善中学体育田径教学环境。

A Study on the Safety of Middle School Physical and Field Teaching

Abstract： In order to improve the physical quality of the young people in a comprehensive way， our country attaches great importance to the high school physical education teaching， in which the track and field teaching is an important module of the middle school physical education teaching， and the safety problem is not negligible. This paper analyzes the safety of the track and field teaching in middle school， and based on the present situation of the physical and field teaching in middle school， from the aspects of improving the teaching quality of the teachers， improving the safety guarantee mechanism， and optimizing the course content of the track and field. In order to improve the teaching environment of the middle school physical and field， the paper puts forward the relevant safety measures to the high school physical and field teaching in the aspects of the standard of safety education and so on.

中学体育田径教学的安全问题已经成为了中学体育教师需要重点关注的教育问题，教育部等五部门印发的《关于完善安全事故处理机制，维护学校教育教学秩序的意见》中，着重指明学校不得为防止发生安全事故而停止体育活动，基于此，在中学体育田径教学中，全面保障学生的运动安全是至关重要的。

1  中学体育田径教学的安全问题分析

中学体育田径教学的合理开展能够有效地满足学生的运动需求和运动期望，促进学生健康成长，帮助学生建立优良的体育核心素养，提升学生的身体素质水平。在长期的教学过程中，相关人员采用了实践研究法对中学体育田径教学中的安全问题进行了全面整合，以下对其进行分析。

（1）当前中学体育田径教学中教师的教学素质具有着明显的差异化特征，部分教师难以满足中学体育田径教学的安全要求，在教育教学过程中忽视了对学生进行安全教育，导致了中学体育田径教学安全问题频发。

（2）中学体育田径教学的复杂性较高，学生在参与田径运动的过程中，面临着多种多样的安全风险，由于缺乏健全的安全保障机制，导致学生的安全未能被全面保证，因此也增加了安全事故的出现概率。

（3）当前部分中学体育田径教学在田径课程内容的设置上产生了明显的不合理现象，不能充分贴近学生的心理素质和身体素质，进而造成了安全事故的发生。

（4）中学体育田径教学的安全教育标准不明确，导致部分体育教师难以在教学过程中按照安全教学标准进行实际教学，教学的危险系数较高，不利于中学体育田径教学的持续开展。

2  中学体育田径教学的安全实施对策
