Research on modular LED lamp design

Abstract:This article mainly explores the current LED lamp design solutions with a modular design idea. By using the modular design idea,it can not only improve the production efficiency of the enterprise in the application of product design,but also reduce the production cost of the enterprise. Can take into account the use of consumers. In today's fast-developing society,any kind of resource is very limited,so in product design,as a designer,we must think about design from multiple perspectives to truly reflect Good design for human care.

With the rapid development of the economy,people's exploration of lamps tools has continued to diversify. From the previous enthusiastic pursuit of incandescent lamps,to the support of energy-saving lamps,and later,with the rapid development of LED lamps,people The demand for led lamps is increasing rapidly. From a market perspective,compared to incandescent lamps,led lamps have a longer service life and lower energy consumption compared to energy-saving lamps. These significant advantages have LED to Consumers are enthusiastically seeking. LED lamps are not only more durable and more energy efficient;at the same time,their shorter response time,more convenient production,more environmental protection and health,and more safety,these good products determine the market demand for LED lamps This project mainly researches the design of LED lamps,then puts forward some thoughts,and then applies it to the design of the product.

With the development of LED lamps products,it has been integrated into our lives. Whether it is personal needs or industrial needs,the demand for LED lamps has increased. In the process of use,the main concern is the service life and price. During the use of the lamps,it is the heat dissipation that affects its life. Because the energy consumption of the LED lamp is low and the life is long,its market share is very high. Through consulting the data,it was found that in the field of outdoor lighting,the involvement of LED lamps has basically reached 100% .Others,such as industrial areas and households,can also see the LED lamps.

The composition of the LED lamps is very simple,mainly composed of three major parts:ballasts,LED lamps boards,housing protection parts,etc. Among them,the protection parts are divided into three parts,respectively by the heat dissipation part and the cover plate Most of the LED lamps on the market have a single shape. From the perspective of corporate brands,these products seem to have low brand recognition,and they are basically designed and sold from the perspective of solving functions. Few products are designed from the perspective of brand building. As the market competition becomes fiercer and competition between companies becomes more and more,if  you want to improve your core competitiveness,you have to start from Starting with the shaping of product brand power,this can make the product stand out from the crowded market;on the other hand,from the perspective of design,the design of each product is not made out of nothing,and it is made by the designer. From the perspective of the product,not only does the product only need to face the consumer,it also needs to solve the building of a brand bridge between the company and the product;once again with the continuous development of society,the level of consumption certainly lead to increased consumer demand degree;so the product integration of functional design and visual aspects of the design both bring a broader perspective to the consumer,but also to ensure the functionality of the product.

From a production perspective,reducing the manufacturing cost of a product can not only bring higher profit returns to the company,but also help to reduce the price of the product in the future. Therefore,regarding this topic,we intend to start with a modular design. With the development of the concept,the modular design can not only reduce costs better,but also be more conducive to environmental protection. It also improves the utilization rate of products and greatly improves the production efficiency of enterprises. With the continuous development of society,consumers The demand for light lamps is increasing day by day. The advantages of LED lamps are irreplaceable by other products. Compared with other products,LED lamps not only have more convenient manufacturing processes,but also they are more energy efficient,environmentally friendly,and more durable. The market economy is developing rapidly and the corresponding technology is also maturing,and the improvement of manufacturing levels will definitely lead to a reduction in manufacturing costs. The reduction in prices and the maturity of technology will definitely attract more consumers,and thus obtain a broader Market. This is like a virtuous ecological cycle. There is a demand to stimulate the improvement of the market supply and demand chain,which leads to the input of a large number of companies. Its products more competitive and develop its own technology and production chain,which ultimately leads to better products to grow in this positive stimulus.

This project mainly takes the modular concept as the source,explores the feasibility of such design ideas in the design of led lamps,and through a lot of reference materials,understands the basic steps and requirements of lamps design. Knowledge of influencing factors,material technology,structure and other aspects of lamp heat dissipation,and in-depth analysis of the existing problems of spotlight products,looking for innovation and breakthrough points. Brainstorm,make full use of the learned design theory and design methods Refining design elements and innovation points,continuously scrutinizing the first draft of the design,forming several preliminary design plans,and screening,optimizing,re-screening,and optimizing the design plan,and finally determining the design plan. After the design content is established,Sketched,and innovative changes and simplifications.

The design and exploration of this topic is mainly to design a set of mother models,and then design different cover plates,and to obtain different products through the combination of different cover plates and the same master plate. This design ensures the same master plate. It can be completed with only one set of molds,and then combined with different cover plates,which guarantees the diversity of products and can meet the needs of consumers with different preferences. In the exploration of this design,the master back The x-shaped design of the heat sink allows the wind energy to enter from any angle. Compared with the ordinary strip design,this type of heat dissipation design has higher heat dissipation efficiency;the floodlight cover and the main body are fastened and replaced by six screws. Different covers can be replaced just by unscrewing the screws,which is very convenient. This group of floodlights with modularization as the design concept mainly adopts the modular design concept,which can not only reduce the production cost of the enterprise,but also improve the enterprise In today's increasingly competitive world,it is especially important to improve corporate production efficiency and reduce production costs. In addition,with the progress and development of society,the lack of resources is human. The only way,modular design can improve the utilization of products,conserve resources,too.

Through this project,I understand that the purpose of the designer in design is not for personal artistic performance,but It is for users,for products,for enterprises,and ultimately for the general public and enterprises that use this product or service. This is essentially a prescriptiveness given by society and a prescriptiveness determined by the nature of design,that is,the design must reflect "humanistic care." "At the same time,this is also an essential regulation of the internalization of the professionalization of designers.
