2020年3月13日,缅甸总统府发布公告说,为防范新冠肺炎疫情在人群聚集的地方传播,从即日起至4月30日,禁止举办包括传统活动泼水节在内的大型活动。公告表示,缅甸卫生和体育部将实时发布新冠肺炎病例相关信息。
2020马来西亚国际旅游年活动取消
2020年3月19日,马来西亚旅游、艺术及文化部宣布,受疫情影响,取消2020马来西亚国际旅游年(Visit Truly Asia Malaysia Year 2020)活动。2020马来西亚国际旅游年活动于2019年12月31日正式被推介,其目标是吸引3000万人次的游客赴马来西亚观光消费并带来1000亿林吉特(约合1600亿元人民币)的收入。
菲律宾暂停入境签证发放和免签待遇
2020年3月19日,菲律宾外交部发布通知称,将立即暂停入境签证发放工作,此前签发的签证也将失效,持有9A临时签证和旅游签证的外国公民从3月22日起不得入境。但外国政府和国际组织的工作人员持有的签证以及菲律宾籍公民的外籍配偶和子女所持有的签证继续有效。

越南将暂停外国人入境
2020年3月21日,由于新冠肺炎疫情严峻,越南政府已决定从3月22日起暂停允许外国人入境,一些特殊情形确需入境者,如外交和公务人员、重大外交活动参与者或专家、企业管理者和高级技术人员等,需要进行健康申报才能获得签证,且入境后必须按规定接受隔离观察。
文莱宣布禁止外国公民入境或转机
2020年3月24日,文莱政府宣布实施入境禁令,从3月24日起包括国际机场在内的所有海陆空口岸禁止外国人入境或自文莱转机。文莱内政部和文莱驻海外机构停止发放签证。
文莱政府此前已实施多项防疫措施,包括禁止所有国内居民离境,关闭宗教场所和文体设施,禁止集体活动,餐厅停止堂食等。
中老铁路铺轨:中老文旅迎来新机遇

柬埔寨防疫情蔓延限制外国公民入境
2020年3月28日,根据柬埔寨外交部发布的公告,为阻止新冠肺炎疫情扩散蔓延,将采取更加严格的限制外国公民入境措施。从3月30日23时59分起,将暂停所有免签政策,暂停旅游签证、电子签证和落地签证发放,为期一个月。持外交签证和公务签证入境不受影响。
泰国旅游胜地普吉“封岛”
2020年3月30日,泰国普吉府发布公告:即日起至4月30日封锁进出普吉岛的所有陆路、水路交通,禁止所有车辆及人员经由连接普吉岛和泰国本土的码头出入,但运送生活必需品、液化石油气、燃油、建筑材料、医疗设备的车辆以及救援车辆、救护车、政府公务车辆、运送快递和印刷物的车辆除外,航空交通则将于4月10日关闭。
马来西亚对所有入境者实施强制隔离
2020年3月31日,马来西亚宣布所有入境者将被带往隔离中心进行为期14天的隔离医学观察,该措施适用于马来西亚所有陆海空入境口岸。马来西亚政府于3月18日开始实施行动限制令,现延至4月14日,包括禁止各种集会、关闭大部分机构、限制民众出行、实施出入境禁令等。
泰国实行宵禁 泰航亚航停飞所有航线
