GC-ECD法测定茨菇中15种有机氯类农药和拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留量

摘要 [目的]快速准确测定茨菇中的15种有机氯类农药和拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留量。[方法]样品经乙腈提取,经过弗罗里矽柱凈化,使用GC-ECD法测定,外标法定量。从线性范围、检出限、加标回收率、重复性4个方面进行方法学验证。[结果]15种有机氯类农药和拟除虫菊酯类农药在1 ~ 1 000 ng/mL线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.994;方法灵敏度高,检出限为0.000 1~ 0.001 0 mg/kg;回收率高,低浓度加标水平的回收率为80.1% ~ 118.9%,中浓度加标水平的回收率为83.1% ~ 119.1%,高浓度加标水平的回收率为82.9% ~ 111.6%;重复性好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.21% ~ 8.55%。[结论]该方法高效、稳定、准确,适用于茨菇中的15种机氯类农药和拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留量的测定。

Determination of 15 Organochlorine Pesticides and Pyrethroid Pesticide Residues in Sagittaria sagittifolia by GC-ECD

Abstract [Objective] The research aimed to quickly and accurately determine the residues of 15 organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides in Sagittaria sagittifolia.[Method]The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with Florisil of solid phase extraction,and detected by GC ECD.The external standard method was used for quantification.The methodological verification was carried out from 4 aspects of linear range,the limits of detection,recoveries and repeatability.[Result]15 organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides had good linearity from 1 to 1000 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.994.The mehod had high sensitivity,the limits of detection for all the pesticides in samples ranged from 0.000 1 to 0.001 0 mg/kg.The mehod had high recovery,the recoveries of low marking level concentration were 80.1%-118.9%,the recoveries of medium marking level concentration were 83.1% - 119.1%,the recoveries of high marking level concentration were 82.9% - 111.6%.The relative standard deviations were good in the range of 1.21% - 8.55%.[Conclusion]The method is efficient,stable and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of the residues of 15 organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroid pesticides in Sagittaria sagittifolia.

水生植物茨菇又称茨菰、慈菇(Sagittaria sagittifolia),是南方人餐桌上一道美味,既可炒可炖,又可凉拌,营养丰富,味美松软,同时具有清热、解毒之功效,深受人民群众的青睐[1-2],除了食用和药用功效之外,茨菇可以净化处理农田排水,因此茨菇兼具经济价值和净化功能[3]。为了提高茨菇的产量,在种植过程中会喷施三唑酮[2,4]、溴氰菊酯[3,5]、氰戊菊酯[3,6-7]、百菌清[7]等有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药来防治蚜虫病、黑粉病和斑纹病[8]。而有机氯农药化学性质稳定,半衰期比较长,难以降解[9],虽然拟除虫菊酯类农药相比较有机氯类农药具有高效、低毒和生物降解等特点[10],但两者都极易造成土壤和农产品的污染[11-13],会在生物体内长期蓄积[14-17],不易破坏、分解,极易造成残留,危及健康,损害中枢神经系统,具有致畸、致癌和致突变的作用[11,18-20]。
