It originated in the USA with the meaning of OK. In Japan and South Korea it signifies “money”; among Arabs this gesture is usually accompanied by a baring of teeth， and together they signify extreme hostility. This same gesture is considered obscene in some Latin American countries and Germany and to the Tunisian it means “I will kill you”.

OK手勢源于美国，表示“行，可以，没问题”。在日本和韩国，它象征金钱;在阿拉伯人中，这个手势通常伴随着露出牙齿，合在一起表示极端的敌意。同样的手势在一些拉美国家和德国被认为是淫秽的。对突尼斯人来说，这意味着“我要杀了你”。
